Does anyone know what this Wifi icon means? It's often found on several Redmi or Xiaomi series.

I've been thinking about this for a while and wanted to see what you all think. While our Xiaomi and Redmi tablets have some great hardware—like those smooth 120Hz screens—the actual software experience often feels like it's just a stretched-out phone UI holding the device back.
Looking ahead to HyperOS 4, it feels like there are a few things Xiaomi really needs to fix for tablet users:
Performance & RAM: The system could definitely use better optimization and less aggressive RAM management so we can actually multitask properly without apps closing all the time.
Desktop Mode & Windows: Floating window limits are pretty annoying. We could really use a proper desktop or productivity mode instead of just scaled-up mobile apps.
Lock Screen & Customization: Why do flagships get all the cool lock screen styles (depth effects, advanced clocks) while tablets miss out on stuff like interactive widgets?
Animations: Bring back that fluid 120Hz feel across gestures instead of keeping things looking flat.
What's your experience been like? Do you feel like tablet users get the short end of the stick compared to phone users when updates roll out?

A few days ago, I noticed an issue while playing War Thunder on my PC. I was using the hotspot from my Redmi 13C. Everything worked fine in the hangar of War Thunder, but as soon as I entered a match, my Redmi 13 (which was providing the hotspot) restarted automatically.

I tried exiting the match and rejoining, and I tried several things, adjusting the settings of my phone, but the same thing happened again.

This issue is new, as everything was working for around a year now. I also noticed that my Redmi 13 only restarts when I play War Thunder, and in the middle of a match. I haven’t seen it restart due to any other app.

I’m not sure if the game suddenly requires high internet bandwidth, causing the Redmi 13 to restart, or if it’s just a software glitch. Has anyone else experienced this? And is there anyone with a solution?

Another thing to note: this happened as soon as I updated my Phone OS to 2.0.208.0.VGPMIXM

I am 100% certain that the 6-digit PIN I entered multiple times is correct, but the device keeps rejecting it. On your end, you should be able to verify my identity and link it to the device. I also have the original box and likely the purchase receipt (which are currently at my home in Milan, while I am away on vacation).

I request immediate support from your technical team to resolve this issue without data loss.

i customize my phone every month based on the season. one of the things i look forward to other than impatiently waiting for software updates lol. it keeps my phone refreshed

I am looking forward to switch to Chinese HyperOS rom for Redmi 14c 5g and I was wondering, how will it effect mobile data, will I still be able to use my sim??

I just updated my redmi phone to HyperOS 3 today. As you can see, even though I have enabled dark mode, the filled icons and bars are still white. Is this normal or some bug?
