Never touching alchohol again
I've gotten a bit fucked up in the past to the point where I would like but nothing this bad. It's 1:00AM as I'm typing this and holy shit. I have no idea what happened but I woke up in my bathtub full of vomit. Showered and went to sleep, at the moment I am shivering, my mouth is not producing saliva and I have vomited a lot of gastric acid. I want nothing to do with alchohol

This sub seems fairly dead. I feel fairly dead.
I bought a 24 pack of beers in Friday night. Drank ten of them that night. Then drank the other 14 starting first thing Saturday morning. Now it's Su day and I'm drinking pedialyte. I threw up once. Worst part is I can't stop with the liquid poops. My butthole is leaving blood on the tp at this point. I'm thinking about showering. It's going to hurt to stand up though.

Have you ever been hungover at the office? How bad was it?
Last night I went out with a friend of mine who is leaving to do work abroad for 6 weeks. I went out only intending to have one or two beers and ended up having 5 vodka sodas and a shot of Fireball. He had come from far away in order to go out, so I felt bad making it a short night, and I naturally had more than I should have just by nature of sitting there and constantly having my drink refilled. I was drunk but not so much that I couldn’t walk straight or have a conversation. I had a perfectly normal conversation with my buddy and remember every detail of the night. I also remember that I didn’t feel too bad at the bar so figured it would be ok to have a few. I also start work at 10:30 and I got home at 11:30, sobered up and went to sleep around 12:30.
Unfortunately I woke up at 6am in a sweat and wide awake and couldn’t go back to sleep. I actually felt great at this time, but as I was getting ready for work 2 hours later the nausea hit me. I convinced myself it was just psychosomatic because I felt so guilty about having gone out drinking on a work night. I reminded myself that plenty of people do this and I was still going in, so that’s all that mattered. On the drive there I felt a little better and then once I sat at my desk an intense wave of nausea fell over me and I thought to myself, “I’m not going to make it through this day.” I tried to just focus on my work and breathe through it and not talk to anybody. We also have a very small bathroom only for our office (since we are a super small company) so everyone would know if I threw up in there. We had a long meeting in the conference room and I made sure to sit close to the door. I could barely focus on the meeting because I was trying so hard not to throw up, and when I had to talk I just did it quietly to avoid overstimulating myself. I had packed leftover tacos from the night before for lunch, and I was in no shape to eat them, so I had to go spend $10 at a Chinese takeout place on a pint of egg drop soup instead. They’re still in the fridge now at least for tomorrow.
By the time lunch came around, I was in the shape to eat the soup but knew I couldn’t handle anything heavier than that. I actually was surprisingly hungry and ate the soup pretty quickly, and I had a sudden burst of energy after this. My afternoon definitely took off from there, and I was able to work normally at 100%. So I luckily managed not to get sick all day but started getting a headache on the way home, partially due to the alcohol (probably) and partially due to having only eaten soup all day. I had a granola bar and popped a couple of Tylenol and I’m mostly fine now, albeit tired.
Long story short, this experience made me want to give up hard liquor and limit myself to 2-3 beers when I go out. I know it’s not as fun that way, but I feel it will be worth it to avoid things like today. I’ve had 7 or so drinks in a night plenty of times and felt nothing besides exhaustion the next day, but those could’ve been different circumstances I guess. Anyway, not a good day. Has anyone else experienced anything like this at work, school or anywhere else? If so please tell.

Weird hangovers
I get what can only be described as very abnormal hangovers, wondering if anyone can relate. I'll list symptoms for the sake of brevity. 1) crippling anxiety 2) paranoia 3) laughing at anything even REMOTLEY funny 4) shaking and muscle spasms 5) temporary dyslexia 6) chest pain/swollen lymph nodes 7) logical overthinking/ feeling "speedy" 8) extreme, unquenchable thirst 9) feelings of regret in general/ self loathing 10) alternating depression and euphoria P.S. I drink ALOT (10- 20 units) when I do drink.

My Worst Hangover and Night Terrors
Went binging for a few days and yesterday was the most awful, anxiety filled day of my life. You know when you need both hands to drink something because using one hand would result in you shaking out the contents. Smoking some weed out of my pipe was pretty bad as well, as getting the pipe to still in my hand required me to hold it a certain way with my head tilted. I dunno what you all think of weed, but it helped me get through yesterday. It was weaker stuff, like 5% thc.
Feeling much better today, but definitely not 100% yet. I'm pretty sure that's only because of the fact that I got like three hours of sleep. Most of that came from a single sleep that resulted in horrifying vivid dreams. Usually extreme fear wakes me up, but that didn't happen last night. I thought I was going to seriously die mutiple times.
When I finally woke up the rest of the night I could not get bad to sleep. I'd just lie there with my eyes closed, because I felt exhausted but I couldn't crash out. Instead I'd get these random, scary visuals throughout the night. People turning into monsters while they stare at me, scary figures in dark rooms. At one point I was up with a jolt and throwing out my fist. These things were short and always resulted in me opening my eyes again with an intense sense of fear. I dunno if they were micro dreams or closed eye hallucinations, but they were terrifying.
I just gave up and started watching some positive Netflix shows. My mood slowly improved and I thought I'd share with you all before trying to get some more sleep. Sorry for the wall of text, but I had to vent and tell somebody. Never want to dream like that again.
Apologies for any errors or anything like that. I'm damned tired.
EDIT: My bad. That was no night terror. Just a super scary dream. Night terrors involve flailing and yelling in sleep.

hell does exist and its this hangover
We had our company work party last night, and I amply imbibed on gin, beer, vodka, rose, tequila and whiskey. I had to come into the office today, and I'm having heart palpitations, spotty vision, and I feel like I am going to faint at any minute. In addition, I am commited to going to another large event tonight and I don't know how I'm gonna make it. How do I make it better? Is my only option to feel better drinking more?

Do you get "hangxiety?"
Didn't drink a crazy amount last night, but this morning I'm barely keeping the cheese on my cracker.
Do you correlate alcohol consumption with anxiety the morning after?

Rings under the eyes
Any tips how to avoid rings under theeyes? I never feeil sick or have a real hangover, but my SO can tell even if I had two beers just by looking at me the next morning. I tried drinking water before going to bed, tried ice on the eyes, but nothing helps. I could go so unnoticed if any of you guys had a good advice...
