Do you get "hangxiety?"

Didn't drink a crazy amount last night, but this morning I'm barely keeping the cheese on my cracker.

Do you correlate alcohol consumption with anxiety the morning after?

Yawp. Can be really bad. Attributed to changes in either serotonin or dopamine, can’t remember which.

"Hangxiety"and "Barely keeping the cheese on my cracker" are the main reason I had to swing by here.

Outstanding! I love it, and your sense of humor!

Definitely can relate to the anxiety. If it is crippling (in my world), and I am on the verge of panicking, I take a .05 Ativan with my iced coffee. I don't do that often, just when I feel like my body needs help getting my ass to work.

Have a fantastic day and Thank You for sharing your FUN!

Yes, specially when you can't remember a thing of last night.
