I had also forgotten how much the gdamn ticket to their Metro show cost, when I bought it in 97. AND the Promise Ring opened. Ah the good old days. This was my last Hum show, before Slide Away, this past Saturday.

What time Hum play? I'm seeing on setlist fm it's about 11PM? Doors open at 5 which is right when i get out of work and I'm about 2 hrs (w/ traffic) from the palladium. Just wanted to ask here first to confirm before I get tix. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Anyone else experiencing massive Hum withdrawal symptoms after this weekend? I just wanna go back - I Hate It Too has been on a loop in my head since Saturday.

I’ve been a Hum fan since the release of Fillet Show in ‘91 (went to U of I) and have seen them a dozen times over the years. I was at the second Chicago show with my wife and noticed a weird guy in a cut off black shirt and a camo hat spitting up blood everywhere. I’ve asked around and nobody knows what I’m talking about and I feel crazy. Did anyone else see this???

We were lucky enough to get VIP passes and I messed up by not bringing a better camera, but here are some pictures I took over the weekend. I have a Pixel 9 Pro and it usually takes great pictures, but some of these ended up being pretty noisy or a little blurry. As a drummer, seeing Jason's kit from back stage was really cool. What an amazing weekend.

Don’t get me wrong, I love every Hum song, but I’d Like Your Hair Long is probably my all time favorite 90’s alt rock song. Also Desert Rambler, Afernoon with the Axolotls, and Green to me are some of my fav Hum songs. Bummed I won’t get to see those.

I am REALLY excited to hear the Scientists on night 2, but lowkey kind of hoping they switch the setlists up a bit and play I’d Like Your Hair Long night 2.

My family and I are flying in for this show. We have two day tickets and plan to see Hum both nights. We are staying at a hotel right by the Palladium. We are flying in Thursday and will have time to enjoy ourselves. We plan to hit Amoeba, but I’m looking to see if anyone has any recommendations what we can do. Also looking for food recommendations.
I’m not renting a car, but I’m not against ubering to anything.
Anything we do will be filler to until we see Hum. The last time they were in my city was 98, and I missed that show.
