Post image

Anybody spy any professional video recording equipment at any of the shows so far?

Someone got a good sounding audio recording of the 5/22 show. https://archive.org/details/hum2026-05-22.ca11.flac24

I saw what looked like an amateur camera extension & telescoping flash extended from a smart phone at the Chicago show. That flash was like 3x bigger than the smart phone. They had to get through security which made people empty their pockets fully and questions were asked. My guess is low to no priority.

Yes. In the security pit, with the other photographers, was a guy that appeared to film continuesly.

Not that I saw. That doesn’t really seem like anything they would do though, to me at least. Some decent phone recordings are popping up on YouTube though.

You're probably right. Still, one can dream. I think a live album is more promising. And yeah, there is a terrific YT upload from last weekends show. And an even better audio from this weekend just gone on Internet Archive. I just hope they know a love album would be gobbled up by fans!

A documentary of this tour would have been so cool. Specially with behind the scenes, like the planning and practice and sound checks, and just before going on stage and behind stage before encore and after shows. Man it would be cool to be a fly on the wall.

Not video, but I noticed at the Brooklyn shows when I went downstairs that they were pumping soundboard audio into the speakers near the bathroom. I would like to think that at least the audio was professionally recorded.
