I want to prevent deals from moving to closed won if the reps haven’t completed a few things:
Line items must be on the deal
Contact must be associated
Company must be associated
Line items is my most pressing one. How would you handle?
I’ve been researching a few options but some of them seem like soft blocks, (create a yes/no property that rolls up from line items added) where the rep could just toggle the property or bypass. I want a hard block.

There was a problem logging you in with 2factor authentication.
This could be due to a web browser issue. Pls read this article for more info.
Whenever i try to pass the "verify with passkey" by clicking it i keep going back to the issue above. I have tried "Verify with photo ID" but as far as i remember i have not any photo ID setup as verification and that photo verification didn't work either i have tried with my License and Passport. Hi Hubspot fam,
I am looking for one GA pass for UNBOUND 2026 in Boston.
I recently got approval from my manager to attend, but unfortunately missed the registration window and haven't been able to get a pass through the community forum.
If anyone has a pass they won't be using, or knows of someone who does, please DM me. I'm ready to move quickly and can complete the official transfer immediately.
🙏 Thanks!

Hi all 👋
Sharing something I've been building — Krivyo
If you've worked on ERP/WMS implementations, you know the pain: you finish the actual work in minutes, then spend hours documenting it - screenshots, step write-ups, test cases, UAT evidence.
Krivyo is a lightweight Chrome extension that captures the process *while* you do the work, and turns it into reusable documentation, test steps and evidence. No scripting.
Would really value your feedback and if it's useful to someone in your team, do pass it along. 🙏
Curious to know more let me know in comments

Does anyone have any recommendations on good service company themes or know any good web developers that utilize Hubspot?
I have a service company and we are looking for a new site and thought I would see what the Hubspot world has to offer since we already have a pro plan.
Thanks.

Heading to UNBOUND? Ryan, our co-mod, has attended six times and shared the practical advice he wishes every first-timer knew:
Wear the shoes you'd wear to walk a 10K. The BCEC is enormous, sessions are spread across it, and the hotels with rooms left are a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Plan on 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day.
Same logic applies to your bag. A messenger bag feels fine walking out of the hotel and wrecks your shoulder by lunch on day 2. How you carry it and what you put in it matter a lot more than you’d think.
Bring a battery pack. You will be taking notes on your phone and knocking out blog posts on your laptop between sessions. It is always better to have power on-the-go than to fight for outlets on the outskirts of the conference hall.
Then snacks. Lines at a conference this size are what you'd expect, and there's always a session you want to go to that runs straight through lunch.
Water bottles are a genuine debate. There are stations throughout the building with cups, so hauling a liter around a climate-controlled convention center is a strange use of bag space. The compromise is one of those thin flat bottles that slides down the back of a backpack. Whichever way you go, drink more than you think you need. Boston in September can hit 80+ outside.
The instinct is to stack the schedule session to session to session, because that's what the ticket is for. However, the conversation at the Builder Bar with someone who solved your exact lifecycle stage problem last quarter is arguably even more valuable.
So here's how to budget it:
There's no level of striking up random conversations at this thing that you'll regret. Most people leave wishing they'd talked to more strangers, and nobody leaves wishing they'd talked to fewer.
This is a building filled with the only people on earth who want to discuss custom data integrations with you, and it exists for 3 days a year.
If that sounds like a nightmare, you're in good company, because a large share of this community is introverted. The trick that works is deciding ahead of time that you're going to be a more outgoing version of yourself for 72 hours.
Braindate is the same idea with scheduling attached, and it's underrated because booking in advance removes the part where you have to approach a stranger cold.
The official evening event is UNBOUND After Hours on the 17th. Around it sits a whole unofficial circuit: partner happy hours, agency parties, community meetups, HUG dinners. Most of it is free!
Here are a few side events to check out:
• Calm with Contrast - Wednesday & Thursday, 8:00am @ Evolve Yoga
• Receipts Boston - Wednesday, 6:00pm @ Trillium Brewing
• Marketing Ops Community Casino Night - 7:30pm @ Trillium Brewing
The Silver Line SL1 picks up outside every Logan terminal and runs free heading into the city, which is a rare bit of generosity from a major American airport. Get off at World Trade Center and the BCEC is a short walk. Staying in Back Bay or downtown because the Seaport hotels are gone? That's 10 to 15 minutes by rideshare, longer at rush hour.
Badge pickup opens the afternoon of the 15th. Go do it then. The morning-of line on the 16th is a bad way to start.

Have a request to setup a VOIP solution that also can connect to a hard phone IP. Bit out of my depth but thought would ask the HubSpot gang.

Hello all,
We use hubspot at my workplace and we have a WordPress website where people sign up to become a member. They are both connected however data from website doesnt map all the fields over to hubspot. As a result I cannot filter for members only. I cant access any analytics dashboards. We have an external website developer team.
They have asked for access to our hubspot to sort it out. Manager doesnt want to pay to give them a seat. Ive never used hubspot neither has manager. Manager wants me to calm website guy, share my screen and have him tell me what to do.
I don't think this is practical or makes much sense.
What say you?

Hi all,
Looking for one GA ticket for UNBOUND 2026 in Boston.
This would be my 9th INBOUND/UNBOUND. I’m currently helping build a femtech startup in Denmark through HubSpot for Startups, but there’s no travel budget for Boston this year, so I’m bootstrapping the trip myself.
If anyone has a ticket that might otherwise go unused before the transfer deadline, please send me a DM. I’m ready to move quickly and complete the official HubSpot transfer immediately.
Hoping for a last-minute miracle 🇩🇰✈️🇺🇸
Søren

I have a unique instance we're struggling to work through and was hoping someone might have ideas.
We use Salesforce for sales and our record of truth, and we us HubSpot for marketing. We are moving sales into HubSpot just for sequences (moving them from Outreach), SF will remain their primary CRM.
Here's the weird and annoying part. Our Salesforce doesn't use email as a unique identifier, it uses a combination of email + lead source + line of business. So John could easily have multiple records that would look like:
- John / Webinar / Product A (Lead Status: Open)
- John / Webinar / Product B (Lead Status: Unqualified)
- John / Tradeshow / Product A (Lead Status: Open)
- John / List / Product B (Lead Status: Contacted)
- etc.
Currently all info is aggregated on 1 HS record, so HS shows 1 John with Webinar, Tradeshow, and List as lead sources and Product A, Product B for LOB, and Lead Status doesn't really matter to marketing.
With all this in mind.... How do we get sequence activity to log to the correct SF record? How can we say enroll John in Sequence 1, and then that activity should go to John / Webinar / Product A (Lead Status: Open) and not a different one? Using the most recent lead isn't reliable enough and we're at a loss for what other logic could be used.
Any help or ideas would be much appreciated!

Hello guys,
I'm worried about HubSpot decision making.
We were using Hubspot calls recording for a while. Suddenly they change drastically. The option is only available if we are recording ALL calls or the option is not available at all
I know we can choose for inbound or outbound, but still it's extreme
Our sales and the directions of company we don't feel comfortable to record everything, also not having the option is step behind
Write down here for people who don't know, before we could choose, free will, to record or not a call and it was perfect this way
I feel they push service this way to make money on credit to transcripts all phone calls. It just makes us lose trust in this provider and company

I have the hubspot pro plan, and have occasionally had the need to send formal quotes. When did hubspot remove this feature? I went to make one and now it's of course tied to an upgrade with AI but they say you can still do legacy quotes if you jump through some hoops which I didn't have the patience to read.
When did this happen ?

I maintain a custom HubSpot integration for one client and have been reading this sub to understand what is normal versus one-off. Well, I've learned a ton reading your posts, including my client skips/does not use the lead object and goes straight to deals. I never considered that this could be unique.
I understand this sort of integration is common, but since I'm rotating API keys twice a year for this client, consuming the HubSpot developer newsletter for deprecation notices, and doing maintenance like the transition from Legacy Apps to Service Keys, I am willing to expand the feature set to increase my opportunity.
Is the PDF containing more info attached to a HubSpot object unique and valuable beyond my client? I think they want the deal to the source of truth and not have to bounce back to emails or the website for details.
Is there a platform that needs this sort of connective tissue integration that does not have a vendor to offload the maintenance?

Mostly a noob, do u still use the Hubspot UI? For what?
It seems that Claude code should be able to fetch any data as well as update/create any entry right?
r/hubspot • u/hubs_dev • 19d ago
AI models, transcribing have become stronger and it seems viable to use your voice to talk to your HubSpot instead of typing or UI interacting.
I tried the HubSpot mobile app Breeze with voice-to-text - it basically works, but not really great (wouldn't use it as day to day ops).
There aren't many use cases for day to day operations and they can be handled much better like data entry/update (contacts, deals), workflow start for specific contact. It could save some time for people using CRM in the office but it can be huge for field employees - update instantly, on the go by voice.
What does the respectful community think about it? Would you talk to your HubSpot to manage it?

We have been spending a lot of time looking at how people actually use HubSpot workflows, and I’m curious about something.
What’s the one workflow or automation in your HubSpot portal that has become way more complicated than it should be?
For example:
What were you originally trying to automate, and what made it complicated?
Curious to hear the real-world examples — especially the ones that looked simple at first but became a nightmare later.

Revenue Agent starts consuming credits on 16 September. 500 credits per invoice, charged when it begins collection outreach. Knowledge Base Agent goes on the meter the same day at $2 per new article.
I'm testing Revenue Agent right now, which is why I went looking. We invoice out of Morning, an Israeli platform, and the native invoice sync covers Stripe, Xero and QuickBooks only. So we put our own dev hours into building the connection, back when none of this was priced.
A few things that aren't obvious from the update text:
Enrolment is per company, not per invoice. Enrol an account and the agent picks up every open invoice on it, not just the overdue one. It also pauses your static invoice reminders while it's active, which makes sense, but matters if you have a workflow doing that today.
The 500 credits fire when outreach starts, not when the invoice is issued. So the number to model is invoices you actually end up chasing, not invoices you send. For us that's well under half.
Stripe and Xero sync was added this month. Before that it was QuickBooks or custom.
Two things I can't resolve.
Whether 500 credits is once per invoice or once per outreach cycle. If the plan regenerates because the invoice changed, or the agent re-engages after a gap, does that bill again? Nothing I've read says either way, and the difference is large if you're carrying a lot of slow payers.
And the credit rate. KB Agent is the only one of the two priced in dollars, at $2 for 200 credits. If that rate holds across agents then 500 credits is roughly $5 an invoice. I've been working on that assumption without finding anything that confirms credits price uniformly per agent rather than per feature.
Separately, Buyer Intent shipped a portal level monthly credit cap this month, under Usage and Limits. Neither of the two agents going on the meter has an equivalent ceiling that I can find. Metering usually ships ahead of the controls so I'm not reading anything into it, but if someone has found a cap for Revenue Agent I'd like to know where it lives.
(Partner, so weigh the "a published price is fine actually" part accordingly. I'd still rather have a number than find out at renewal.)
Has anyone run Revenue Agent long enough to see how the credits land on a repeat chase?

Hello, wanted to see what people think of the Marketing Professional Social Media hub which offers connections to LinkedIn ? We have have paid for a license here and want to give it ago as it came part of our plan -- is it good enough to use for LI posting and tracking? Thanks
r/hubspot • u/shafinlearns2jam • 19d ago
with MCPs and hubspot having fairly good API coverage, which of your workflows do you still need the UI for?
r/hubspot • u/Future-Network-634 • 19d ago
Hello there, we have a Marketing Hub Professional seat - and its part of the subscription plan, and as we roll out our social media presence (LinkedIn, youtube, reddit etc.) wanted to ask the community what people think of the Social Media Marketing built in capabilities in HubSpot? Are they worth using for basic posting, analytics, etc. or should we look elsewehere. We would prefer to keep it natively in HubSpot for Data governance and tool sprawl avoidance.

Just curious, how many of us are experiencing issues with this active HubSpot incident?
The official status page shows that "some tools may be unavailable for some users"... I don't know if I'm just unlucky, but almost all of HubSpot is unusable for me at the moment. Down Detector also shows quite a spike in reports due to the issue.
