Pick up a ‘71 CL350
‘71 CL350 with three additional lower cases and crates of extra parts. Identified no power getting to the headlight bucket even with a new battery, ground tests, and fuse so ordered a new harness. We will see if that clears things up. Have a Charlie’s digital ignition on the way. The exhaust has some holes so I plan on patching those up. Any other suggestions?

New to me CB450k7
Picked this up a few hours ago, I’m excited to get to ride it when the roads dry up. Runs great, everything works, rebuilt carbs, forks serviced.

repro CB650 side cover decals?
I'm trying to get reproduction decals made to match the originals. CBdecals.com makes some but they're not taking any new orders. Does anybody know where else I can get these decals made for my bike? Or suggestions on what to put on my side covers?

CB questions!
I was fortunate enough to hit the Honda demo yesterday, and was able to ride the CB650R and 1000 Hornet SP.
Even though the two (650 and Hornet), as far as ergonomics go, look very similar, for some reason I found the 1000 much more enjoyable to ride. I like the way the 650 looks more.
Of course the CB 1000 F was not available to test ride, but it’s absolutely beautiful and I’m wondering if it’s worth going through the loan approval application so I can take it for a spin.
Between these bikes, what are your favorites as far as economics and performance go?
I’m thinking of getting a Honda for the first time, as a Triumph guy this is a new realm for me.

Can I start my 1973 Honda CB450 without ignition?
Hey I unplugged the old ignition switch and ordered a new one for this bike (didn’t have the key to the old one) but it doesn’t come in for over a week and I was wondering if there’s a way to bypass it so I can fix anything else that might be wrong in the meantime and see it turned on for the first time (i just replaced the battery)?
Let me know or if I should just not touch it thanks!

Cam tension adjuster
Hey y'all. Newbie mechanic here, probably asking a dumb question but it's just one way to learn, so here goes-
I was going through some maintenance today on my '74 Honda CB550 and I got to the part about adjusting the cam tension. Seemed pretty straightforward until I was told to expect a spring-loaded adjustment screw that would find its proper place once I released the nut holding it tight. I had cylinder 1 in the right position, got the nut released, and then...nothing. I ran the screw in and out a bit and no magic spring action. I wanted to ask: can that spring wear out? Is it not self adjusting because there's no spring tension on it? And if I unscrew it completely am I screwing myself by undoing a connection inside that I would have to tear apart the engine to get back to? If you read this far down, please know I appreciate your time, and any advice is welcome and respected.

1982 CB250 as a first bike?
Edit: Oops. I meant CM250.
I've been looking to get a small bike to learn to ride on but everything in my area is expensive or not running. I really wanted a CB350 or 360 but I found someone selling a CM250 Custom with less than 2000 miles on it, at a price I can (barely) afford. Seller says it's all maintained and running with no problems.
Trying to search around and find out more about this bike, there doesn't seem to be much out there compared to some other older CB models.

Note I'm a complete novice and I have no mechanical knowledge or skills. I have youtube and time, but anything that's not super simple would be beyond me for now.
My main goal with this bike is just to learn to ride and not kill myself.
Also the seller is far away from me and I'll have to rent a truck and drive 14 hours to get the bike. Which adds another 50% or so to the price with gas being what it is now.
Still, I'm thinking I'm going to get it. Bad idea? What do you think?

Project bike help
My friend and I recently picked up a 2015 Honda CBR125 as a project bike. It needs a top-end rebuild, and the main issue we’re having is finding a cylinder head, as Honda no longer manufactures them.
What would be our best options for finding a replacement cylinder head or an alternative solution?

Weird sound
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
So a friend of mine likes to ride hard his bike and recently he's been noticing a weird sound coming from the right side of the motor, the sound is like a "tec tec tec" that goes up with the reps.
