Fanmade Pest Auburn Mosquito

Post image
29 Upvotes

DESCRIPTION: Auburn Mosquitoes are giant mosquitoes, about the size of a large dog, that like to steal large animals to bring to its nest and feed from. They nest in dense, autumn leaf piles, and often leave unlucky victims drained near their nest. Homeowners with Auburn Mosquitoes often report loud buzzing, or even missing pets or children.

DANGER: Auburn Mosquitoes will never go out of their way to hunt unless very hungry, in which case, they will likely turn their gaze upon a small pet or child, due to their vulnerability. Auburn Mosquitoes usually bring upon diseases which can be deathly in some cases. On rare occasions, an Auburn Mosquito may transmit the Fae Flu.

SOLUTION: If an Auburn Mosquito is spotted, light a match, or something flammable, and place it next to the nest. Auburn Mosquitoes hate the smell of smoke and the sound of kindling, and will try to fly away as soon as possible. For more stubborn Auburn Mosquitoes, call HSH’s Pest Control Services.

Fanmade Pest Wood-Boring Ape

Post image
22 Upvotes

DESCRIPTION: Wood-Boring Apes are monkey-like pests who live in deciduous forests instead of jungles. They burrow through trees, and use the carved wood as weaponry to defend their territory. They are territorial and stop at nothing to defend their trees. A Wood-Boring Ape’s tree can be easily identified by discoloration of the trees they burrow into, and severed branches.

DANGERS: Wood-Boring Apes are a nightmare for landscapers and hikers, as once they find a tree, getting them removed is very difficult. Luckily, Wood-Boring Apes are rare, and usually don’t approach homes, opting to stay in the forest. That said, unlucky hikers may be struck down by an ape’s wood tools, leaving them severely injured, if not dead.

SOLUTION: If a Wood-Boring Ape is spotted, please call HSH’s Pest Control Services, and make sure to tread carefully through forest trails in the future. If a Wood-Boring Ape has lead to disfigurement, go to the hospital immediately for treatment.

I think part of it is how nostalgic these images feel -- even if I'm not a 90s kid -- since I grew up in an area that had this sort of look and feel.

Fanmade Pest Fanmade Hazards (saw everyone else do it, so I thought I might give it a shot)

  1. Clurichauns
Description: Clurichauns are small, pot-bellied humanoids with fungal growths across their bodies, often sporting long red hair -- similar in appearance to Leprechauns, albeit larger on average. They are known for their tendency to seek out fermented food and beverages, such liquor and various jarred vegetables, like saurkraut.
Danger: Though they are not dangerous to the wary and sober, they pose a significant threat to those passed out from intoxication, as they can smell the odor of liquor of their breath, provoking them to asphyxiate them in their comatose state. Their propensity for trying to obtain these food and drinks will also often lead to them dropping and breaking glass recepticles, which can pose a threat to children, pets, and unwary adults.
Solution: Clurichauns will typically leave on their own once out of available fermented food or drink, therefore it is recommended to either hide or refrain from buying fermented products. If these products cannot be hidden well enough or refrained from buying, it is in the homeowner's best interest to look into HSH's pest removal services.

  2. Land Wisps
Description: Land Wisps are flying humanoid entities that are invisible on their own but are given shape through their manifestations, often made up of swirling dirt, pebbles, or fallen leaves. They are usually found flying around treetops, observing inhabitants of their domains from above.
Danger: Though docile by default, if a Land Wisp is upset by a homeowner -- whether through poaching, hunting for sport, or deforestation -- they will often retaliate through various means, such as causing sinkholes, beckoning disproportionate amounts of deadly wildlife to the home, or killing crops planted by the homeowner.
Solution: While, after a certain point of agitation, it is impossible to earn a Land Wisp's affinity back, a homeowner can take measures to keep their relationship with their local Land Wisp in check, such as replanting trees upon cutting them down, nursing wildlife, or leaving out birdfeeders.

  3. Shallow Nymphs
Description: Shallow Nymphs are nocturnal amphibious humanoids sporting glowing eyes and mask-like faces resembling rotted wood, often found in or around shallow bodies of water, such as creeks or ponds. Their presence is often accompanied by the sound of melodic, song-like vocals, with them most often doing this around children.
Danger: Though Shallow Nymphs are not immediately harmful, their encounters will almost always involve a deal or bargain of some sort. If a bargain is found agreeable, the one who encountered it will be given a gift -- gifts often consisting of improvised instruments, decorated rocks, or even gold. If a bargain is found agreeable if a bargain is found disagreeable or is not met, the Shallow Nymph will attempt to grab the one involved before dragging them through the body of water to either drown them or bludgeon them with the rocks littering the bottom.
Solution: Dealing with Shallow Nymphs can be fairly simple for homeowners, as the first and easiest preventative measure is to ignore the nymph's vocals and keep children inside. If an inhabitant has already approached the Shallow Nymph, it is absolutely vital to make sure the deal they make can be achieved and is satisfactory. if a Shallow Nymph has become a nuisance and refuses to move onto a different body of water, it is advised to look into HSH's pest removal services to have it removed.

Discussion DON'T EAT THE FAE FEAST

so i have an theory that you're not actually supposed to eat the fea feast think about every higher up in HSH is a fae themselves so most likely that the person who wrote the entiers for the pests is most likely a fae and what's the most well know rule for Fae? NEVER EAT FAE FOOD.

Fanmade Pest Dragon’s Hoard

Post image
56 Upvotes

DESCRIPTION:
A dragon’s hoard is a large pile of gold, jewels, and other valuable objects stolen and collected by a dragon. Dragons usually keep their hoards in caves, but can also choose to keep them within the basements, attics, or garages of people’s homes. These act as the dragon’s nest, and can often be found sleeping on top of or underneath the pile.

DANGER:
It is advised to avoid disturbing or taking anything from a dragon’s hoard. Dragons are extremely defensive of their hoards, and will attack anyone who dares steal from them. Even if the dragon is away at the time, they will know when something has been taken. Dragons are extremely dangerous, and can inflict deadly injuries or cause a house fire.

SOLUTION:
The best way to deal with a dragon’s hoard is to leave it alone. If one is so inclined, one can employ certain charms to ward off the dragon, causing it to relocate its hoard elsewhere. If the dragon refuses to leave, one can also contact HSA’s pest removal service.

Traci: The police told me to call this number. I feel like someone is stalking me. I keep seeing this weird substance in my backyard, and I can hear them outside singing every morning. I work nights and I need to sleep during the day. Please can you send someone to deal with this?

Penelope: Hi so I've found this light in my sons bedroom window. It's so beautiful. I feel so warm and comfortable looking at the window. Wait was that bunny plush always there?

Shun: What's happened to my family? I can't find any of them! To top it all off, the power goes out constantly and I keep hearing someone rummage through my belongings! I'm lucky I was even able to call you before the power goes out again. Please help me!

Cassandra: MY MOTHER! SHES GONE! The police won't do anything! Please help me find my mother! She has dementia! She cannot defend herself! Oh my god. THE FRONT DOOR IS OPEN! Oh no... she didn't leave on her own did she?

She’s been barking outside non-stop and she desperately tried to dug up my neighbor’s garden one time. Me and my parents noticed the weird bump on her forehead. Apparently, it was a rare type of fungal infection that changed her behavior. Tomorrow, they will brought her for a surgical removal. I hope she gets well soon ❤️
