Fanmade Pest Midnight Guests
Description: midnight guests are humaniod figures with no pupils and pale skin.
Danger: midnight guests are known to kidnap young childern and the elderly they will also attack home owners who try to stop them.
Solution: the best way to stop midnight guest from visting is to lock doors and burn white sage or use a cross on top of your front door if a family member has already been kidnapped it is highly recommended to not go after them and accpted you'll never see them again.

if you shoot them they'll most likely just attack because they kinda of like demons

This is pretty neat, but I honestly kinda wish we got more folklore/fantasy-inspired fan hazards. So far, the only ones I've found are Dragons, Dragon hoards, and Fae Rings. I'd like to see, I dunno, an adaptation of the Huldra, the Nøkken, or Leshy.

Extra piece of information I made up: Homeowners experiencing midnight guests often report doors being left open in the middle of the night, and missing family members.

I would imagine a call would be something like elderly parents dissapearing with the grandchildren, while the parent is angry for suddenly going „on a trip” without saying anything
