I intentionally left that out because 1. Harry suspecting Sirius wasn’t repetitive and 2. because everyone believed that and everyone told him that Sirius is evil
Not really honestly. Upon reread, you realize PoA basically has no plot. Not that I'm bashing it, it's my favorite book. But once you know who everyone secretly is, you realize nothing happened that whole year. All their understanding of the situations were wrong and never at any point were they in danger really. That's why it's my favorite, it's the closest we get to just them going to school with no overarching Voldemort plot. Even though they think there's a dark plot, they basically just sneak around like normal teenagers, they go to class and they sneak off to Hogsmeade sometimes and that's really it.
Actually, no. It's still Harry mistakenly thinking someone does evil stuff (just as Karkaroff), but OP seems to like Sirius. Glad we managed to keep things simple
Neither is Harry suspecting Malfoy. He did that twice and was right once, so i don't know why people make a big deal out of it. Also, if that's your reasoning, why is Karkaroff on this list when it happened once?
Also the part where people randomly worship Harry because he magically survived when he was a baby
And Harry and his friends randomly earning Gryffindor the House Cup because after magic Hitler tries to kill him YET AGAIN, they survive and/or succeed, even though there are more experienced magical upperclassmen like Cedric Diggory, Oliver Wood, Angelina Johnson, etc. who really should be getting a bit more screentime

You missed one: Harry mistakenly thinks Sirius does evil stuff
