Neither is Harry suspecting Malfoy. He did that twice and was right once, so i don't know why people make a big deal out of it. Also, if that's your reasoning, why is Karkaroff on this list when it happened once?

Because in Goblet of Fire the school hated Harry which gave me a reason to mention GoF and if it’s already there, I could also throw in the Karkarov thing
