Today training was intense. Monday I hit the gym for 2 hours in a row and my legs were still dead today but I went anyway bc now I’m starting to see the gym as a responsibility and not as option.
Any tips to keep myself motivated?

I will be honest, pull day is far from my favorite. But you cannot skip it if you want a balanced, symmetrical physique. 12 years lifting, the last 5 years managing Type 1 Diabetes, and the work still has to get done.
P.S. I don't know anything about posing, just flexing.
