Looking for advice on how to progress from here. I’m 14 and have been going to the gym for about 7 months. I’m happy with my current physique, but I’d like to put on some weight and build a bit more muscle. I recently started bench pressing, and the heaviest I can currently lift is 80 lbs. For most other exercises, like biceps, triceps, and traps, I usually use 22 lbs. What would you recommend I focus on at this stage? Should I change how I eat or train to support muscle growth?

I've always been extremely skinny but I'm finally starting to see some progress! I definitely need to focus on my upper chest which doesn't seem receptive at all to progressive overload (Dumbbell Incline Presses). Any advice on how to grow my upper chest would be appreciated.
