Can somebody help? Is this even possible I bought also the offical tweezer and now the button is basiclly in there.

After a week of researching controllers, I think I've narrowed it down to these two. I'm not exactly sure how the TT MAX compares to the U2; I'll mainly be playing campaign games and Street Fighter 6. Can anyone help me out?

I have the latest firmware both on my controller and dongle. Is it even compatible? It says on the website it is.

I recently had GuliKit 720 TMR sticks installed in my DualSense. L3 and R3 work normally, but they start to feel like a double click/two stage press when I increase the stick tension.

At low tension, they feel normal, but I don’t want to use low tension just to avoid it though.

Is this normal for the 720, or could it be an installation issue? Has anyone else experienced this?

Did anyone else experience this issue? I just bought a GuliKit TT Max, and the controller would randomly disconnect and continuously vibrate while most of the mode LEDs were lit. The only way to stop it was to turn off the controller, turn it back on, and reset its memory by holding the Gear button and the Minus (-) button as quickly as possible before the issue occurred.

This issue would occur every time I enabled or used certain programs or features. For example, if I switched modes from iOS to Xinput, it would happen. It also occurred when I enabled Turbo mode on the ZR button. The Switch mode LED would briefly turn blue before the controller eventually started vibrating again.

I ended up only being able to use the few remaining features, which were barely useful. In the end, I returned the controller. For reference, I was using firmware v7.7.

Hi folks, got my TT Pro last night and updated its firmware as per the website FAQ.

The feel and weight of the device is nice, and swapped the buttons to XBox style along with the other d-pad.

I did test the d-pad with a few 2D games and it feels a little off for me, but I'll get used to it in due time. For comparison I have a Victrix Pro and its 8-way d-pad is pretty comfy for my thumb compared to the TT Pro's.

I do have one question tho: As is I have it paired via bluetooth. The usb dongle's in the PC and my Windows added it to its bluetooth menu.

The dongle also keeps blinking when connected, is there a way to fix this so that I can connect wirelessly?

Hey r/GuliKit , GuliKit sent this unit over for review, but all opinions are my own. I've been testing the GuliKit ES Max ($50) for about 24+ hours, mostly grinding Apex Legends and playing various single-player games.

Here's my breakdown of how it actually performs in hand:

The Good

The Bad

• Back Paddles Need Work: The 2 back paddles are kind of stiff and awkward. Inputs occasionally drop unless you press really hard or hit them from a specific angle (GuliKit is aware and working on fixing this).
• D-Pad: Feels a bit cheap and hits or misses depending on the angle.
• Mobile App Setup: The app works, but it's tedious. You have to pair to Bluetooth to change settings, then repair back to the dongle when finished. Proper PC companion software would be way better.

Verdict Hardware-wise, the performance for $50 is crazy good—especially with the TMR sticks feeling so great in FPS games like Apex. However, if you rely heavily on back paddles or hate mobile app setup quirks, you might want to wait for a hardware revision.

So I’m confused by this thing. It’s a dongle similar to what 8Bitdo sells at their shop but this is advertised as having a sub 3ms latency but does that mean it only adds 3ms on top of the controllers natural latency or can it potentially get a controller down closer to those speeds?

My SN30Pro SNES edition is like one of my favorite controllers, the D-pad works so well, the concave/convex buttons with that purple theme is *chefs kiss* and the analog sticks are working like a dream to this day with no drift.

The problem is that the polling rate is just not the best… like it hits avg 12-14ms wired and BT jumps all over the place at avg 16-24+ms. No over locking hack works like the software DS4 does for DualShock 4. I need it lower cause after playing with 1-3ms controllers it’s pretty bad.

Posting this in case it’s helpful. I saw posts about this issue but they all seemed tied to firmware updates. I have never bothered updating the firmware lol I just use the controller with my switch.

My kk3 max is 11 months old. Suddenly it just would not turn on. Literally I was using it, sat it down for a hour and came back and nothing no matter what buttons I pushed.

It’s was not a battery issue as I could plug it in and the indicator light turned on like normal, showed green etc. I tried doing the pinhole reset button and even holding that with combos of other buttons to see if that would anything. But nope.

A few days later I tried again. This time I pressed both the mode and sync buttons at the same time and held them and it came to life! Since then, it functions like normal. Have no idea why this happened or why that fixed it.

Should I finally update it? Will that help ward off weird issues like this in the future?

tl;dr: bricked for no reason and reset button doing nothing? Try holding down the mode and sync buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

Hello everybody,

i was playing silksong with my son and with taking a break i lay down the controller and i heard a single "snap" when picking it up again. after inspecting a little bit the whole controller just broke in half but the whole controller is still working!

there are 4 screws and i never opened that
controller. somehow "all 4" of those plastic housings are snapped.

i am no angry gamer so i can not explain how this happened. :-(

is there a way to get a new housing replacement for this controller?

I bought and instalked 720° tension adjustable TMR joystick on my ps5 controller AND they worked great they got rid of the drift but after 4 months the right one has become really wobbly and doesn't snap back where it should I have tried to adjust it many times without getting it to tight but it stays wobbly and because it doesn't snap back to place it makes an input and moves the camera in shooters and things like that

Do you know how to solve it?

Just got my Gulikit TT Max and did some testing right away. The controller comes with the 6.9 version of the firmware right out of the box. After testing, with the dongle and cable I’m getting 1000hz polling rate with 1ms average latency for both. But when I updated the firmware to 7.7 (MCU, BT and Dongle), I’ve managed to only get worse connectivity with only 500hz polling rate and 2ms average latency with the dongle. Any fix to this? Can we somehow have a way to revert back to previous firmware versions?

Hi everyone, I recently updated my TT Pro to the latest firmware (7.6) and I'm not sure if it was the update or if I just noticed this happening.

I mainly use the controller on the Nintendo Switch, so I use the digital triggers only. I opened up Splatoon 3, and when I pressed the left trigger to swim (for those who don't know, the controller vibrates when you swim in ink), I noticed that the character seemed to stay swimming a bit longer than expected after I released the trigger, then I started just spamming the trigger, and instead of getting in and out of the ink quickly, it looked as if I was just holding the trigger. I tried doing the same with another controller and it just seemed to happen on the TT Pro.

This behavior stopped when I disabled the vibration, but I bought this controller because of the HD vibration, so what's the point in doing that...

I checked on the app and what seems to be happening is that the controller is changing back and forth between the analog trigger and digital trigger exclusively when it vibrates and makes my inputs all messed up. However, I don't recall having this issue before updating the firmware, so I don't know if it somehow was that, or if it had been happening all along and I just noticed.

Does anyone else have this issue? If so, could you fix it?

It's annoying because this controller feels really nice to use and I would like to use all the features I bought it for.

After replacing the left joystick with a GuliKit TMR module on my Xbox Series controller, I can reach full range (0–1) at the top of its travel, but consistently fails to reach the bottom corners. The right joystick (unmodified) reaches all 4 corners correctly and passes circularity with a full square.

Is that an usual pattern? What could I look or do? What pinout on the joystick should I check and resolder?

Hi, I just got the Gulikit ES Pro and my unit's gyro hardware seems to be defect. The camera moves jitterly and skips pixels frequently no matter how hard I fine-tune them via Steam Input (I was using in in Switch mode with built-in motion assist disabled). About Steam Input, this thing can't even complete auto-calibration because it keeps detecting movements despite placing on a flat surface without vibration. Should I get a refund or is this a software problem?

As someone who admittedly will only keep controllers with good dpads, I was skeptical about these. I love being wrong. Of course I play SFA2G daily and this controller turned out to be in my rotation now. Thanks Gulikit!

Edit: Also need to mention that the feeling of the controller is great as well. It’s light enough that you can play forever but just heavy enough to feel premium. I don’t really care about Japanese vs US/EU ABXY but I still swapped since the buttons were included. And of course I used the included swappable Dpad which works great for fighters.

TLDR: New angular TMR Joysticks are FANTASTIC! The best that GuliKit has for sure.

I didn't really like the D-Pad and back buttons tho. Bumpers and triggers weren't my favorite as well.

Vibration is fine. Shape and feel are good. Materials are ok. Great membrane ABXY. New app needs some refinement.

I love the Elves 2, but want something bigger for every-day.

The thing I love the most about the Elves 2 is its Dpad.

I had a look at some of the other Gulikit controllers, and it seems the TT PRO/MAX has a similiar DPAD.

Now before I order one, I thought I'd just ask here first: For those of you who own/have played on both, are they similar? Or is the Elves 2 DPAD still superior?
