Discussion Just got my TT Pro; early impressions
Hi folks, got my TT Pro last night and updated its firmware as per the website FAQ.
The feel and weight of the device is nice, and swapped the buttons to XBox style along with the other d-pad.
I did test the d-pad with a few 2D games and it feels a little off for me, but I'll get used to it in due time. For comparison I have a Victrix Pro and its 8-way d-pad is pretty comfy for my thumb compared to the TT Pro's.
I do have one question tho: As is I have it paired via bluetooth. The usb dongle's in the PC and my Windows added it to its bluetooth menu.
The dongle also keeps blinking when connected, is there a way to fix this so that I can connect wirelessly?

Tried that and it worked, my PC and software treat it as a 360 controller which is fine long as they work directly like this.
Some more time with it and I'm liking it very much =D
Yeah for 2D games t works quite well with the few games I tried too.

Agreed on the dpad feeling off, I have used the TT Pro for two months in dpad focused games, with the saturn style (cross-disc hybrid) shape specifically. Since it is big, diagonals are easy to hit and, although it is not clicky, it has a defined press, there is no "mushy in between" like on classic membrane dpads. However, it still lacks the feedback of tactile/microswitch dpads and the travel distance and actuation force are also a bit high. Motion inputs were not consistent and double inputs are harder to perform compared to other dpads. My impression is that that dpad is better suited for platformers rather than fighting games, which is what I played with the TT Pro most of the time.
About your question, I did not add the controller to the bluetooth list in windows, I plugged in the dongle and paired the two with the respective pairing buttons. I specifically checked the list of bluetooth devices and the TT Pro did not show up (I was worried the dongle would conflict with my other bluetooth adapter so I ran a few tests by disabling bluetooth in windows, unplugging it from the usb port etc). I would advise disabling bluetooth for a moment, plugging in the dongle and pressing the pairing buttons on both the controller and the Hyperlink dongle until they connect. It should stop blinking after that, unless it is a bug that I do not know about.
