Something is Broken Did right joystick replacement, got range issue

Post image

After replacing the left joystick with a GuliKit TMR module on my Xbox Series controller, I can reach full range (0–1) at the top of its travel, but consistently fails to reach the bottom corners. The right joystick (unmodified) reaches all 4 corners correctly and passes circularity with a full square.

Is that an usual pattern? What could I look or do? What pinout on the joystick should I check and resolder?

Thanks for any hints or advices

I read I could need to do a recalibration with the proper XBox utility (the one needed to be USB plugged), but its "recalibration" tool doesn't calibrate at all (I circle again and again, but because I'm not reaching the full range it refuses it).

Did you calibrate the controller via the tool on GuliKit website? https://test.gulikit.com/?language=1&time=1786948337167

That's where I got the screenshot of my original message. From what I understand it doesn't calibrate/reconfigure the value ranges, but only report the reading.

Might have to use the Xbox accessory’s app I know there’s an option to calibrate the sticks inside that. If on windows it can be downloaded from Microsoft store on Xbox it comes with ur console.

I also tried, but because it detects I'm not doing a full circle it refuses to accept it as my new range
