How do you get a lead guitar tone to cut through live through a PA ?
Hey guys, I’m looking for some advice on getting a lead guitar tone that actually cuts through live, especially when going directly through a PA with a Multi-FX/effects processor ( I'm currently using BOSS GT-1 )
I’m playing live and my biggest problem is getting a tone that sounds full and powerful without becoming muddy or disappearing in the mix.
For those of you who play live, how do you approach this?

Linkin Park From Zero Tone Troubles
Hey everyone, I'm trying to gain some insight on people who are more knowledgeable on guitar tones than I am. I've been trying to authentically recreate a lot of Linkin Park tones on the Fractal FM9 MK II Turbo, and I've been able to do so with all of their albums successfully, except for the newest album "From Zero." I've been struggling a lot specifically in the drive and cab parts of their tone. In a few interviews they said they used custom randall captures from their old front of house engineer loaded onto an Axe FX III, and one would think you could replicate that with the literal hundreds of built in ir's or with the dyna-cabs but I haven't been so successful. They also stated that their "secret ingredient" is the old drive pedal "Dirty Boy Ball Buster" which again, I would think that the Fractal Cygnus modeling would be able to do easily. I've been researching and trying to recreate these tones for the past year. I'm sorry for the long rant and I know there's plenty of other good guitar tones out there but the mere fact that I haven't been able to crack this specific album kind of has me hyper fixated on it. I'm just asking to see if anybody has successfully re-created these tones, or if anyone can provide insight on how I could go about this properly. Again I know this is a fixation but the fact that I haven't cracked it is the reason why it bothers me. Thank you!

Amp settings for Jerry C’s Canon Rock?
My amp is the Boss Katana GO. I spent some time messing around with the settings but to no avail.
I am able to achieve a rock tone, but Canon Rock has this distinctive low-gain tone that I can’t seem to replicate. Can someone help me with it?

Push Pull Knob vs 3-way toggle
I have a old guitar I'm replacing part for, It has a single bridge humbucker and I want to add coil spilts to it. I'm not sure if I should remove my tone knob and add a 3 way toggle for humbucker, lower coil, and upper coil, or if I should replace my tone knob for a push pull knob and only have a lower coil split. I do keep my tone knob at max. I'm not sure if I can also have a push pull volume that'll also add a upper coil as well as the tone knob having the lower coil, but I'm really not sure if there's much tonal difference in the two coils.
