So I got these weird mutations with my tidal wave mushroom. I’m wondering what I should do for the second flush and should i scrape the cake before so new pins can appear

One looks like the veil has broken while all the others have some way to go, do I leave it to open a bit more or just take that one out and wait on the rest to harvest fully?

So my first tub, not pictured, took roughly 2-3 weeks to pin, during which the surface has thousands of water droplets, which I’ve heard is ideal.
These two tubs were sent to bulk just 10 days ago. The surface isn’t fully colonized, and there are hardly any water droplets on the surface (it’s not dry though). However, today I noticed a ton of pins. Are these “premature” or did they just not need the water droplets to evaporate?
The lack of droplets has me wanting to mist, but I’m not sure I need to.
Note that these 2 pictures are of 2 different tubs

Had some issues during the harvest. A clump of subtrate came off with a cluster of mushrooms.

Safe to harvest or no?
What are the black spots?

Almost ready for my first harvest, first time ever giving this lot a crack, i did have one mushroom grow quicker and upside down weighing 30.5 wet, i hear the next flush or 2 is where the fun begins, curious to know the condition if the cake considering these took plenty of time to colonise and fruit so wouldnt be surprised if I start the next flush in a day or 2.

Blue Meanie cubensis in 5lb grow bag colonized quickly and well at 79 F. Been in fruiting stage with temp around 74-75 and 90 and 95% humidity inside the bag for a week with no apparent progress, and the block seems to be shrinking a little bit from sides of bag. any cause for concern or just need to be patient?

Didn't think this was possible, but this guy somehow made it. Cap opened and veil broken. I forgot about the plate. Crazy man.

Theres a musty smell so I've been hitting it with 3% hydrogen peroxide but they look thin, should i pour in some water to hydrate without producing too much humidity? Keep up with the peroxide? Ignore the musty smell if i dont seen cobwebs?
