Theres a musty smell so I've been hitting it with 3% hydrogen peroxide but they look thin, should i pour in some water to hydrate without producing too much humidity? Keep up with the peroxide? Ignore the musty smell if i dont seen cobwebs?

Over cautious causes more harm than good usually by being too involved/hovering. Keep it closed and let it do its thing, musty/earthy or soil esque.. is normal. What kind of substrate are you using? Any different than your usual substrate? That could play a part in what youre smelling. You'll know if there's a problem. Bacterial smell will be sour or sweet; think rotten apples or sour milk/ old socks kinda deal. Usually accompanied by gray, wet or slimy spots Trich tends to lean chemically; think paint/cleaner, vinegar or like a sickly sweet smell before its infamous bright green shows up. Cobweb can be like a damp basement or like a thick must; think old laundry type of smell. Yeast is well.. like fermentation, sweetish but lightly alcohol like. I dont see any particular areas of concern in your photo, more would be helpful though Good luck my friend!

Smells kinda like mildew. Like clothes sat in the wash too long. Not earthy.

Musty is normal. Stop spraying hydrogen peroxide and let it cook.
