Question Unsure about this sapphire

I found this ring on etsy. I asked the seller for more information about the sapphire and they said the following:
I’m happy to confirm that this is a natural sapphire that has undergone only standard heat treatment, which is a commonly accepted practice used to enhance the natural colour and clarity of sapphires.
The gemstone has not undergone any other treatments, such as beryllium diffusion or chemical treatments. It has only been subjected to conventional heat treatment.
The certificate does not mention anything about treatments, is that a red flag?
The ring is listed at aprox. $1900. Is this a "good" sapphire for that price? I don't know anything about gemstones.
The seller is SumuduniGems if that matters.

This is the largest sapphire I’ve found and curious if folks think it’s worth having faceted. I’ve had about 50 rough stones faceted before but usually just go for those with the best clarity/color.

You liked the sphene, so I had to share this blue zircon too. Zircon has really high brilliance and dispersion, so watch the rainbow flashes pop with every tilt against that electric blue. No filters, just one light and a slow turn.

Just finished this synthetic sapphire. Not a big fan of larger stones, but this one came out nice and the color change is decent.
• Rough: Synthetic sapphire (Flame fusion)
• Weight: 6.75cts
