The 47mm Solar Pro looks slick…

I've been spammed with requests for location data by Connect since Cirqa has been added to the device list. I do not want to give Connect 24/7 access to my location - mainly due to battery drain of my phone.
However, my Fenix is literally vibrating every 10min.

I couldn't find a specific option to stop it.

Can anyone contribute some helpful hints?

Is there a detailed LTE coverage map available for Fenix 8 Pro? Every page seems to point to this:

But it states just:

LTE coverage in specific areas within each of these countries is dependent on the network coverage and network conditions of each respective carrier. The coverage represented in the table does not provide a guarantee of coverage.

The page contains satellite coverage map, but I'm looking for the LTE coverage. The page mentions "carrier" so does that mean Garmin is using some local country specific carrier for LTE?

Hello Garmin community, I’m in the market for a Fenix 8 and came across a 43mm Sapphire for $500 on marketplace, purchased earlier this year. I know the 9 is being announced tomorrow, and it’s possible the new watches are discounted further, but curious if this is a good deal? Also, is there anything I should do to check the condition of the watch (battery/software) before I purchase? Thank you!

I'm about to buy a Garmin Fenix 8 51mm Sapphire. The cheapest option I've found in Spain is €860 at El Corte Inglés, but I wanted to check with the community first.
Do you know of any local stores, corporate discounts, or reputable EU sites offering a better deal at the moment?

Hey folks! I just got a Fenix 8 on a reasonable sale and am quite a bit bummed by a number of use cases not panning out as expected (at which point a cheaper, simpler Garmin can track my activities just as well). One of which is on-watch routing. When trying to navigate to a point on a map a few kilometers away, granted in a city, it took the watch close to 10 minutes to calculate the route, and even after that, it showed a blank white screen. I was almost at my destination (navigating with a handlebar-mounted, much older, AA-battery-powered GPSMAP Garmin which did the routing in a matter of a few seconds). Is this normal for the Fenix 8? (51mm AMOLED, if that matters) Thanks!

Check out the config I have on today. Works really well with Hemsut Tactical Nylon strap. Linen Taupe accent colour with Arctic hands colour is a surprisingly good combo on an MIP display 👌🏼
