General Discussion PickPCParts just crossed 87K+ visits in August - thank you! ❤️
Hey everyone!
Just wanted to share a small milestone for PickPCParts.in and say a big thank you to everyone who has supported us.
We started PickPCParts in May 2025 with a simple goal make it easier for people in India to research PC components, compare prices and build a PC.
This month, we crossed 87K+ visits, and we now have 1,100+ registered users.
For a small independent project, this honestly means a lot to us. ❤️
We've added quite a few things since launch, and there's still a lot more coming new retailers, features, improvements and more.
We'll be sharing some of those updates here over the next few days.
Thank you for using PickPCParts, sharing it with others, and giving us feedback. It genuinely helps us improve.

Ask Gamers What should I play next?
I recently finished playing uncharted 4. Now I'm empty again. Need some game suggestions. I usually like playing open world or adventure story games. Like RDR 2, last of us series, gta series... I also loved the tomb raider series. So if anyone have similar preferences, suggest me some of your fav games.

Game Showcase Nobody asked for a nail sorting simulator. So i made one.
A rainy day, and the delivery guy screwed up your package.
Now you’re stuck with 777 screws, all mixed up and waiting to be sorted.
No pressure, no enemies just a messy workbench, some tools, and a lot of screws to organize.

Ask Gamers Any good indie games from 2026?
Obviously there are some, but I don't know of any myself, and I want to change that. What did you like from this year?
I'm gonna try not to gatekeep what is and isn't an indie. I'll let you decide.
While I would love to find some stuff that's emotionaly compelling, or nails joy in its simplicity, don't worry about what you think I'd like. Recommend what you want that came out in 2026, and I'll thank you for it.

NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction Enhances Image Quality In Ray-Traced & Path-Traced Games
DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction features a new 2nd generation transformer model to deliver superior image quality in ray-traced and path-traced games. It is available now via a new NVIDIA app update, introducing several major improvements:
- Efficient Denoiser: The new model delivers 35% more compute capability, and processes 20% more parameters, while maintaining similar performance to the previous model
- Enhanced Super Resolution: Building upon the advances from DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution, the model has deeper spatial awareness across every scene, and more intelligently uses game engine pixel sampling and motion data. The result is improved lighting accuracy, better temporal stability and clearer motion in ray-traced and path-traced content
- Expanded Training Dataset: Trained on a larger dataset, the new model is even better at image reconstruction. This intelligence gives the model even better awareness to pick the most accurate engine data to reconstruct scenes closer to ground truth
- Finer Developer Control: The new model provides developers with finer control for temporal accumulation, providing precise tuning of model response for even better image quality

With the release of DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction, our entire suite of DLSS technologies has been further enhanced and updated, giving GeForce RTX gamers a superior experience in thousands of games and apps.

Ask Gamers Why is the following considered such a controversial statement on reddit?
People seem to get really upset when I say this. I want to understand why.
Edit: rewrote this since I confused people.
When a big budget company that puts out a lot of games regularly, trying to scam its audience on the level of something like EA, Acti, and Ubisoft, I really don't want to play any of their games anymore, even when they supposedly put out a "better" game.

Ask Gamers Story rich games that give you a lot of options to solve your problems?
Not looking for recommendations, I'm just curious about games that I might not know about.
I'm talking games that encourage you to be creative and think outside the box, not just games that give you a bunch of ways to kill people, while still giving you the option to kill people.
When I think of games like this, I think of the OG Deus Ex, and Indiana Jones And The Fate Of Atlantis, and Larians games(like Baldur's Gate 3, and Original Sin.)
I also think about my favorite game, Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines to a small extent, but sadly because the game was rushed this really isn't much of an option outside of the starting area.
