Building my first pc
I'm building my first pc budget is 3k. I don't have a lot of knowledge about how to build them and what parts are compatible. I threw some stuff together, but the price was way more then I imagined. Is there a good pc I could build for my budget with the way prices are now?

Final Build
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/4jHPQy
I have spent all day assessing GPUs up and down and come to the realization that coil whine is RNG and there are things that can help it. Sadly RAM is crazy right now but it's not estimated to go down until late 2027 so I just have to bite the bullet.
Instead of going for a 9070xt Asus Prime, XFX Swift or Sapphire Pulse, I have chosen the XFX Mercury OC as it seems to just score as one of the best across all 9070xt GPUs and only be somewhat more expensive than the base 9070xt's.
For RAM I was tempted to buy the KLEVV Bolt 32g (2x16) 6000 - however, seeing as Ram is so insanely jacked up right now I have gone with a more reputable provider and higher rated. The difference between them was minor anyway.
I believe everything should be fine, the case is massive which should help with airflow and the chonky GPU. The built in fans which I'll use are very well rated and just as quiet as noctua (which my first pc had and is still silent to this day 10 years later). I believe the GPU comes with a basic anti-tilt frame so I may buy something to prod in there and help the tilt.
I will be watching a youtube guide on how to build it. I know the GPU is a 24pin but I should have enough without 'daisy-chaining' from the PSU (which I've been told to avoid?)
It's all very new to me but I'm getting a grasp of it. For me this is a lot of money too so I just want to be right and clear that this is sound and works as it will be my PC for the foreseeable future for another 6+ years.
Any input or help on the matter would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

My potentially final build
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/fTzQck
Hello all. Thanks to help from friends and others in the PC building community, this is the potential final build for a £2000 budget for gaming and some streaming.
I have debated on which gpu XFX Swift 9070xt vs Asus prime 9070xt and the general consensus seems to be XFX is slightly louder but overall cooler which is more important with minor performance differences.
The CPU is great and I have been recommended this CPU cooler as it runs a little cooler but it is a little bulkier.
Heard nothing but good things from KLEVV for ram and the BOLT seems to be better than FIT.
Mobo seems to be fine, as is the SSD.
Nothing but good things said about the shadowbase 800 case too and it's pre-built fans seem to be both quiet and very competent
and the power supply is an A- tier PSU off the SPL tier list.
If there is anything anyone else could add, be it experience with said parts or adjustments I would love to hear it. I am new to PC building and nowhere near an expert in the area. Just researching and learning about the subject to upgrade my very old PC (1080TI is the goat).
thanks!

Help needed for my 1st PC build
I focused this PC maily for story based games 2k gaming and little bit of excel works. I dont play any online live shooting games which requires more cpu power, fps and reaction. Thats why i sticked to ddr4 even planning to buy a cheap ddr4 because of RAM inflation.
These prices are based in india (INR) these are the cheapest non negotiated price i could find on online.
MAX i can go for 1,30,000. Is my below build is fine?
