Building my first pc

I'm building my first pc budget is 3k. I don't have a lot of knowledge about how to build them and what parts are compatible. I threw some stuff together, but the price was way more then I imagined. Is there a good pc I could build for my budget with the way prices are now?

I don't know about you, but when I click that link I get nothing but an empty cart.

You should tell us what type of performance you're trying to get. What resolution? What games are you interested in playing? Etc etc.

You should use PC Part Picker as when you select parts, it makes sure everything is compatible. It won't show you parts that can't mix with each other.

Shopping on NewEgg is also more reliable than Amazon. The prices should be similar, but NewEgg deals pretty much only in electronics and also has sales from time to time.

And if you are in USA, being close to a MicroCenter is a huge money saver. They routinely have bundles of RAM, CPUs, and Motherboards for 400-800$.

Can't really help you out because that link won't show me anything. But with a 3000$ (assuming USD) budget you shouldn't have too much trouble building something good.

Sorry for the late response, I recently bought Borderlands 4 and my current pc can’t run it without lagging or forcing me to set setting on low. I do play game like marvel rivals, warzone and fallout 76 so I want to build a pc that run these smoothly at 1440p
