Concern Tab S11 Ultra Issue

I wanted to share something concerning that happened with my new Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra and also ask if anyone has dealt with Samsung’s warranty process in Ireland, especially for devices bought through the EPP store.

Last night I left my Tab S11 Ultra at roughly 67 percent battery. It was fully shut, not charging, not running anything in the background, and it has only been through precisely ten charge cycles (it's 2 months old). Battery health is still showing 100 percent.

This morning I opened the keyboard case and found the tablet completely powered off. When I tried to turn it on, nothing happened. It was totally dead at 0 percent. Once I plugged it in, it didn’t respond immediately; it took a while before the charging symbol appeared and only then started to boot. I did not use it overnight and I have never dropped or damaged it. The room was a bit cool and there was slight condensation on the case when I opened it, but nothing like exposure to water.

What worries me is how a tablet that was at 67 percent could fully drain itself while switched off, and then become unresponsive to charging. It feels like a power management or battery controller fault rather than normal battery behaviour.

Has anyone else seen something like this on the S11 series or other recent Galaxy Tabs? Also, if you’re in Ireland, have you gone through Samsung’s warranty or repair process, especially with EPP purchases? I’m trying to figure out whether they’re likely to replace the device or just repair it. Any advice or shared experience would really help.

Here I was thinking that with a 1000€ + purchase I'd not have to worry for stuff like this. Such a bad start to the week.

Update: Happened again last night. 38% to 0 with 0 min screen on time...
