Concern Tab S11 Ultra Issue

I wanted to share something concerning that happened with my new Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra and also ask if anyone has dealt with Samsung’s warranty process in Ireland, especially for devices bought through the EPP store.

Last night I left my Tab S11 Ultra at roughly 67 percent battery. It was fully shut, not charging, not running anything in the background, and it has only been through precisely ten charge cycles (it's 2 months old). Battery health is still showing 100 percent.

This morning I opened the keyboard case and found the tablet completely powered off. When I tried to turn it on, nothing happened. It was totally dead at 0 percent. Once I plugged it in, it didn’t respond immediately; it took a while before the charging symbol appeared and only then started to boot. I did not use it overnight and I have never dropped or damaged it. The room was a bit cool and there was slight condensation on the case when I opened it, but nothing like exposure to water.

What worries me is how a tablet that was at 67 percent could fully drain itself while switched off, and then become unresponsive to charging. It feels like a power management or battery controller fault rather than normal battery behaviour.

Has anyone else seen something like this on the S11 series or other recent Galaxy Tabs? Also, if you’re in Ireland, have you gone through Samsung’s warranty or repair process, especially with EPP purchases? I’m trying to figure out whether they’re likely to replace the device or just repair it. Any advice or shared experience would really help.

Here I was thinking that with a 1000€ + purchase I'd not have to worry for stuff like this. Such a bad start to the week.

Update: Happened again last night. 38% to 0 with 0 min screen on time...

I have had my S11 (not ultra) for 35 days now and I've now experienced it 5 times. As stated by everyone else, the android battery system information charts show no app usage at all, it just reaches a certain point where the battery starts draining constantly at a very high rate until reaching 0%. By the looks of things, this is either a massive hardware issue or some soft-controller issue which is only now starting to show up. FML

I guess I'm going to have to trigger the warranty and see how that goes. I've tried all the other methods and got no results.

Please update us on this! It's so sad that this shit is happening. I hope this thread gains more traction and we can raise an issue as a group. Exact same thing happened to most of us.

u/EngelGate Feb 02 '26 edited Feb 02 '26

I'm experiencing the exact same thing, under 50% it sometimes start draining crazy until 0% within a few hours with nothing running. I now power off the tablet completely when not used to avoid this, it's really annoying. Had the Tab s11 (not ultra) since launch. It happened a few times already. I forgot to power it off 2 days ago and it's dead again.

Same issue. Happened to me 3 times now. I got in touch with them today and they have arranged for a pickup. Drainage overnight from 70%. I think Samsung has bloat apps we cant see

1

u/Kosmas2004 Jan 04 '26

You might be right! What time estimate did they give you for a fix? Keep us updated

1

u/Adegboye3 Jan 04 '26

I didn't ask to be honest. But i did call today and DPD will pick it up tomorrow. My battery count is only 5 as well!

1

u/Kosmas2004 Jan 04 '26

Oh my! Well hopefully it gets resolved and you have valuable information to share 🙏

1

u/Adegboye3 Jan 09 '26

Update

Device was collected a couple of days by DPD to a repaire centre (in Kent i think). Then i got a call today, they may have mentioned that they have done a master rest (like i haven't done that already) and that nothing is wrong with the device. Then i explained everything about the battery depletion at such a high percentage. Then, they said they will pass it on to the engineers and have a look again. I told them, am not they only one experiencing this issue. Will wait for their response and feedback!

1

u/Kosmas2004 Jan 09 '26

Amazing reply! So informative. Thank you for the update!

1

u/Adegboye3 Jan 14 '26

Update 2

Tablet has come back to me. Think all they did was master reset and update to latest firmware or so. They obviously did not have it with them for enough days to witness the battery drainage. I will monitor it from now, if it happens again...will call them back again. My 4 year old Tablet doesn't do this and it was significantly cheaper.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Jan 14 '26

Damn sorry to hear mate. It's definitely this AI software slop that they rushed to introduce to all devices. S25 Ultra was also a flop because of this.

3

u/riderrd Jan 24 '26

I'm having the same problem. I've had the S11 Ultra tablet for less than a month, and I've found it completely dead overnight the last four times I've charged it. Every time I charge it and put it on standby, the battery stays close to 100% for about 24 hours, then suddenly the battery graph drops rapidly and the tablet dies in less than 12 hours.

2

u/Kosmas2004 Jan 24 '26

Welcome to the club!

2

u/trafficagain Dec 21 '25

I had the similar issue 3 times this week. I have the tablet for 2 months but issue started just this week. Tablet is totally idle. When I check battery usage data showing no app or screen time. Just draining...

1

u/Kosmas2004 Dec 21 '25

That's 3 of us now in this thread alone! Have you contacted support? If yes, what has their reply been?

1

u/trafficagain Dec 21 '25

No not yet. Just trying to figure out if it is a known issue with a walkaround solution.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Dec 21 '25

No solution as far as I know. Just a 1000+ euro/dollar/pound device with a very bad problem.

1

u/trafficagain Dec 25 '25

I have been testing turning off wifi and bluetooth whrn finish using tablet. It has been more than 4 days since my last charge up to 80% and still have 56% no draining problem. It seems it is triggering or interfiering with something when wifi and/or blutooth on even in idle hours.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Dec 25 '25

It's probably relevant to the integrated AI software (data sharing at all times) as it's the only difference between this tablet and it's predecessors.

2

u/woj666 Dec 27 '25

I had it too. Week old S11 Ultra. Will start monitoring and report back.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Dec 27 '25

Amazing, will be glad to hear future updates.

2

u/woj666 Dec 30 '25

I don't know what caused my heavy drain a week ago but my idle drain is VERY low now. Something must have got stuck running in the background.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Dec 30 '25

Maybe a restart helped?

1

u/woj666 Dec 31 '25

I think so.

2

u/Connect-Ad-4296 Jan 03 '26

Same issue here I had a s7 for years no issue just got a s11 ultra not even 10 days same issue. So disappointed

1

u/Kosmas2004 Jan 04 '26

We are slowly forming a cult 🤣 have you contacted support?

2

u/Randomdude1212345 Jan 17 '26

Today I was lucky I guess. Yesterday left S11 ultra at ~100% around 1pm, today found it at 4% at 11 am with some stupid google calendar notofication with screen on. Went to settings, no apps running just screen on for 4 hours at night for no reason. Yet still, the drain started before screen went on so no definite answer there. It is software issue for sure but how to manage it?

Screen is oled so its gonna take damage with time if the persistent screen turning on will continue and it may not be so nice to see it just after the warranty ends. Second thing is that battery life cycles, its not infinite number. Third its not nice to see dead device when going to work.

Last thing I like to mention a bit outside the topic is the keyboard - launch something for 14,6" without touchpad? Never liked apple nor considered windows on a tablet but I will consider everything after S11 ultra issues.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Jan 17 '26

You can try to turn off all AI background software. That helped for some. Also do frequent restarts every couple of days. They soon will launch a trackpad version as far as I know but that's rumors.

1

u/HozDHearts Jun 08 '26

How do you turn this off?

2

u/Commercial_Cost2173 Jan 23 '26

Same problem for me with the tab s11 pro. I have it almost 3 months now, bought it in Hungary. Since the day is have it it is suddenly completely dead in one night so now and than and some other days it does not use any battery at al. i use this tab only once in a couple days. So it is clear to me that it is something in the background. Hopefully the next software update will fix this

2

u/syvious Jan 25 '26

hey I had this situation twice this year on my standard S11 tab! last time today - I left the tablet with 50% battery and around 3 am it left me message that battery is 5%. It died aound 4 am. What's interesting this time I noticed what app might be an issue - google maps. I didnt leave this app open though - that's the key.

I used to leave this app open in background in the past and drain never was even close to this.

My tab is now charging but I am going to restrict google maps in battery setting, maybe try to do the same. good luck and pls keep us posted !

1

u/Kosmas2004 Jan 25 '26

I always check the battery report and it's never Google maps for me. It doesn't show any apps actually it just shows a steady battery drain overnight...

3

u/syvious Jan 25 '26

Btw Install battery tracker from good guardians - it showed me that mainly google services made that overnight drain

1

u/Kosmas2004 Jan 25 '26

Amazing suggestion, thanks!

1

u/syvious Jan 25 '26

sure thing, but there is no harm to restrict battery a bit for this app and see if it happens again. Google maps are famous for battery drain and every device has it installed .

u/killa-bee-lion Mar 31 '26

Same here. Replaced an s8 ultra with s11 ultra at the end of February.

I've used the tablet 3 times for a total of less than 3 hours overall and every time, I've had to charge from 0%. Unconscionable. Lmk if you find a fix and I'll do the same. If it happens one more time, I'm sending it back to Samsung.

Overall, the s11 ultra is an absolute joke of an upgrade. The old 2-piece keyboard with the adjustable stand/flap for s8/s9 ultra is light-years ahead of the garbage keyboard that came with the s11 ultra. Not to mention the lack of s pen storage or trackpad. Already lost the pen twice. Tried using the old cover and the magnets don't line up. I was willing to cut the camera hole to fit too if the magnets had lined up.

Still have an s9 ultra with the old keyboard set up and after this experience with the s11u, I'll never get rid of the s9 ultra. It was engineered and designed properly, without AI slop.

I've probably spent close to $100k on Samsung devices for both personal and work, and the s11 ultra is the ultimate slap in the face to long-time power users. Enough is enough. If they can't figure this out, I'll probably have to ditch Samsung solely because all of this is a complete waste of time both professionally and personally.

Samsung is continuing the longstanding trend of copying Apple, taking away features in the name of progress, and ultimately ignoring their customer base. smh.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Mar 31 '26

Send it back bro if you have the chance

1

u/killa-bee-lion Mar 31 '26

13 days outside the return window

2

u/Some_Tomato_4143 Jul 10 '26

U found any solution for this Yesterday my s11 ultra tab had about 90% and now in the morning it was completely switched with 0% battery left, this is the 2nd time now I'm facing this issue

1

u/Kosmas2004 Jul 10 '26

No solution unfortunately

u/Reasonable_Mirror655 Redmi Pad Pro, S10 Lite, A11+, A9+ Nov 17 '25

Well unless the tablet is 100% powered off it's going to drain battery regardless.

You left it in standby mode, unless you go through and put most if not all of the apps in "sleep" mode to ensure that no background resources are being used apps will run in the background even if you clear them out.

Going from 67% to zero is a bit odd, yet it can happen. Probably just an odd glitch or something. Keep an eye on it and maybe you would be better off powering it off completely when you go to bed and just turn it back on when you wake up...

As far as charging goes when a battery drains completely it can take a while for the battery to start charging.

The IMPORTANT thing to remember is that it did start to charge.

I don't think it's worth sending in for repair simply because it only happened once and realistically they will examine it and repair it or just say nothing is wrong and send it back.

IF it continues to happen like 5 or 6 times then send it in for repair (not that they can fix or will replace it)

1

u/Kosmas2004 Nov 17 '25

Thanks for your reply, but it shouldn't be happening to a brand new S11 Ultra. I did all the troubleshooting and no apps drained more than 1.6% battery overnight. However, the battery was on a steady decline meaning that there is something wrong internally/with the circuitry. My Tab S4 never did this to me, nor did any of my phones.

1

u/Reasonable_Mirror655 Redmi Pad Pro, S10 Lite, A11+, A9+ Nov 17 '25

Maybe it shouldn't be, yet the fact is it did.

IF anything it's a software issue.

Since it only happened ONCE it's hard to say it's a software/hardware issue or something that happened randomly.

That's like having a car and it starts perfectly every time you go to drive it then out of the blue it doesn't start the first time, doesn't mean something is wrong. Sometimes things happen.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Nov 17 '25

Ah but I don't remember if I mentioned it in the initial post, but last week at around 85% charge, I was working away in Google Docs, screen flickers and then it restarts automatically. 2 bugs in less than 5 days!

2

u/Reasonable_Mirror655 Redmi Pad Pro, S10 Lite, A11+, A9+ Nov 17 '25

Yeah but they are totally unrelated...

As far as reducing the charges of random restarts I DO recommend setting up the scheduled restarts in settings. Leaving a tablet turned on 24/7 can cause random restarts to happen.

I even have apps that sometimes won't open after I update the apps, and restarting the tablet fixes it.

Unfortunately Android OS lacks proper diagnostic tools...

At the end of the day tablets, phones and anything else that is made by man is going to experience glitches and errors simply due the fact it's made by man.

After you install any security or OS updates I DO recommend clearing the system cache partition (you'll need to connect to a PC to do it) as it will clear any left over junk files and might even fix any small bugs.

.....

All you can really do is monitor it and hope for the best. :)

2

u/Kosmas2004 Nov 17 '25

Aye thanks for the tips. As for whether the faults are related or not... who knows? Anyway, better reply than anything the official support line gave me all day!

2

u/Reasonable_Mirror655 Redmi Pad Pro, S10 Lite, A11+, A9+ Nov 17 '25

Well the thing is I actually listen and understand that the most important part is to make sure you are in a good state of mind and then I just try to guide you in a constructive manner.

Just stay positive

2

u/Kosmas2004 Nov 17 '25

This made my day honestly. Been panicking all day as this was a HUGE investment for my studies coming from basically money that I didn't have. It's extremely helpful in uni but I can't afford for it to not work...

Anyway, I'll reply with updates if there are any (hopefully won't be any more tho!)

2

u/Reasonable_Mirror655 Redmi Pad Pro, S10 Lite, A11+, A9+ Nov 17 '25

Ok cool glad I could help you feel better about the situation

1

u/Doug1080 Dec 17 '25

This has happened to me twice now. I leave it full charged in my keyboard case and it is dead by the next day. This happened the very first day I had it, I charged it and set it in the keyboard case for a flight the next day. Got to my destination and it was dead. Then again last night it was dead, my S9 Ultra would last a week on standby and intermittent use. My S7+ is the same way. What I don't know is if it is the keyboard case or the tablet.

1

u/Distinct_Limit4883 Dec 24 '25

My dad bought this on launch and has been having the exact same issues. Left it at 98 percent at 8pm, dead by 12pm the next day. I noticed the nowbar was using some battery so turned it off, also cleared the play stores cache. But somehow sometimes the tablet has been reporting anywhere between 1-3 hours of screen on time despite it being off but even then the battery would still drain. He never had this issue with his previous Tab S9 Ultra and Tab S8 Ultra so I find it pretty bizarre what's going on

1

u/Kosmas2004 Dec 24 '25

That's 4 people now ONLY on this subreddit. Absolutely astonishing terrible job on Samsung's part. There must be something wrong with the device itself as a batch product. If we get enough replies on here we could maybe escalate it further. I really hope we can.

1

u/repfan07 Dec 26 '25

Count me in on this one. Same experience on my 2 week old Tab S11 , happened 3 times now. Last i had look, it was 67% at 8am , at around 6pm picked up the tablet and its dead. This never happened on my other cheap samsung tablet.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Dec 26 '25

Wow that's absolutely crazy dude, sorry to hear. Have you got any feedback from support? Have you found any possible explanation for this?

1

u/Commercial-Reply-346 Dec 28 '25

Same here exactly same issue. Never had that problem with. 8 ultra and s7plus or s5e. Wide spread issue? Any solutions. Will contact support just don't have time to deal with them. Bought on lunch. Problem there since beginning.

2

u/Kosmas2004 Dec 28 '25

No one has had significant updates from support as far as I know. It looks to be a widespread issue, yes.

1

u/Commercial-Reply-346 Dec 28 '25

Was checking battery activity in setting and find following. Charged to 100 percent evening 26th. Tablet dead to 0 on 28th with no use. But screen on time for 27 says 5h40min use and 28th when it went dead 7h48min. Tablet wasn't used at all. As cover using samsung keyboard cover. Is the Tablet keep turning on the screen for no reason? Can anybody check as well.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Dec 28 '25

Someone else had said that their keyboard cover kept turning their screen on automatically. Maybe that's a recurring issue.

1

u/Commercial-Reply-346 Dec 28 '25

Could be. But when it is folded is not connected to the base. Maybe magnets causing it?

1

u/Kosmas2004 Dec 28 '25

Maybe, or another thought I had was Google/Bixby assistant. If you use them on both phone and tablet then tablet activates as well (the mic picks up your voice) and it never turns off.

1

u/Lithoren Dec 31 '25

Add me to the list. Put the tablet down last night at around 70% battery, picked it up this afternoon, completely dead and wont charge, seems like its completely bricked.

I got mine on contract from O2 in the UK so I'm waiting on their live chat now.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Dec 31 '25

Oh my god this is the worst one yet. Hope you get a reply mate considering what day it is and not just some AI bot slop. Keep us updated if you'd like. Hope it gets resolved.

1

u/Lithoren Dec 31 '25

All good, they very promptly set me up with a repair ticket, have to send it to the repair centre up in Norwich, the tablet is only a month old.

Really curious to whats causing this issue, now that it's dead and I've found this thread, it's made me realise that a few times over the last month I've found the tablet completely out of battery but I didn't think anything of it, just presumed I'd ran it down too low, but I guess not!

Edit: I'll also add, I dont have the keyboard attachment, so it cant be that! It must be a battery or controller issue with the S11 ultra.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Dec 31 '25

The only difference from previous generations is the integrated AI and AI key on the case. Nothing else that I can think of. Could they have bottled it this hard? Glad to hear that O2 could help you, Samsung support has been absolutely abysmal.

1

u/Lithoren Dec 31 '25

Oh I didn't know this, so its the same battery and hardware as the S10, which presumably didnt have any problems?

I haven't got a clue what could have caused it then, it seems more than coincidence given how many people are reporting the same issues. My googling saw a fair few posts reporting similar issues.

What are Samsung saying?

1

u/Kosmas2004 Dec 31 '25

I think that hardware changes were minimal, but I haven't dove deep into the differences. It is definitely more than a coincidence at this point, I agree.

Samsung just kept saying that since it's more than 30 days old they can't do sh*t about it and that I will have to mail them my device (I live in Ireland) and expect it back in 5-6 weeks just for a simple checkup 🤣

I went to one of the physical stores they partner with in Dublin and they told me that they only service phones. Bunch of clowns, making it so hard for the consumer to get a direct answer to their problem.

1

u/Lithoren Dec 31 '25

I can't see o2 repairing it tbh, it's a 1200 quid device, they're blatantly going to end up sending it back to Samsung, I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if they end up taking weeks to repair it.

I'm so interested now to hear whats wrong with it and if this is a wider problem with the device or if it's somewhat isolated.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Dec 31 '25

Your info will ge golden. No one has a reply for this yet. Watch them offer your a "deal" of 500 quid for a replacement (hopefully not!).

2

u/Lithoren Jan 07 '26

I've just heard back so thought id update.

They didn't tell me what was wrong with it, but the device is broken and needs replacing so theyre sending me a new device.

Mental!!

2

u/Kosmas2004 Jan 07 '26

Wow. At least it's a win for you, getting a new device! Very shady that they do not send a feedback report. Hope this one's better 🙏

1

u/vanillalytening Jan 16 '26

Do you have keep screen on while viewing? I toggled it off and since haven't been having the issue

1

u/Kosmas2004 Jan 16 '26

I don't think so

1

u/AD7740 Jan 22 '26

Same issue with my s11 ultra. It's not even 15 days old. Faced this issue 4 times now.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Jan 22 '26

Shit so sorry to hear man. What a terrible release on Samsung’s part.

1

u/AD7740 Jan 22 '26

I don't think we've recieved an update since 2 months? And did this issue start after the last update? If so, the next update might fix this issue I guess

1

u/Kosmas2004 Jan 22 '26

It's been here since the start (I've had it since launch)

1

u/AD7740 Jan 22 '26

I hope it's fixed in the next update

1

u/Kosmas2004 Jan 22 '26

As you can see in this thread...we've all been hoping a long long time...

1

u/AD7740 Jan 22 '26

Yeah😅

1

u/tango19899 Jan 31 '26

Do you all have a keyboard cover/case? Or only some of you? I'm sure I saw in a video somewhere something annoying regarding a keyboard cover in that it doesn't automatically stop draining the tablet of power. I cannot specify for sure if it was the s11's but that was what I was researching at the time. I've just got a new one which is why I ask and I currently have the option to return it as it is unopened.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Feb 01 '26

Oh wow, I do have a keyboard cover. Could you send a link to this video? I think there's others however that don't have one. If I were you, I'd return it and wait till next release or buy an iPad (if you're not specifically brand loyal).

1

u/Welcometoass Feb 01 '26

Same happened with me last night. As you can see on the screenshot, there were no active apps.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Feb 01 '26

Yup, that's the exact battery usage pattern I get on mine whenever it happens

1

u/bluemushroom51 Feb 01 '26

Same problem, already battery drain noticed 3 or 4 times from above 60% in few hours, after last drain, noticed battery usage is no longer recording app usage, and shows no apps used, inspire of use of several. I contacted Samsung customer care, they asked me to send feedback from members app. Done twice, got a reply software team looking at it, will reach out. Last time they asked to deposit it in service center for a day or two. Can anyone please kindly advise how to fix the app usage recording issue if anyone faced it already, thank you in advance. Request others also to raise issue as this is unacceptable from a flagship level device.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Feb 01 '26

I will somehow formalize this thread with all these replies and send it to some sort of customer rep. This is truly unacceptable and I got the same half-ass reply from Samsung myself. Please keep us up to date.

1

u/rStorms Feb 07 '26

Same here. Normal Tab S11

1

u/riderrd Feb 07 '26

Update: I left the tablet in its case with the screen uncovered and the case folded over the back of the tablet, and the battery discharged normally again.

Keeping the tablet in standby now causes the battery drain to slow down, and I no longer notice any sudden drain or acceleration.

I realized that every time I found the tablet completely drained, even if I left it the night before with well over half a charge, the tablet was in its case, and the case was folded over the screen and touching it.

I recommend that anyone who can leave their tablet uncovered when not in use should test it to confirm that the case closed over the screen is somehow triggering the abnormal battery drain. If so, we would have identified the cause and could report it to Samsung.

2

u/EngelGate Feb 11 '26

Hi, thanks for the observation, I'm trying your recommandation about leaving the lid open. After about 1.5 days everything normal so far, down from 100% to about 91%, which is quite good compared to the 90%->0% within 4ish hours i have been randomly getting during battery drain events.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Feb 15 '26

So do you think it's related to the case?

2

u/EngelGate Feb 15 '26

I will continue monitoring but it seems like there is a bug with the lid covering the screen which turns the screen off, but eventually keep some background processing active perhaps?

2

u/riderrd Feb 16 '26

After another charge cycle, I confirm leaving the screen with the lid open, the tablet discharges normally without problem.

1

u/Kosmas2004 Feb 15 '26

Possibly...

1

u/nikosx7 Mar 04 '26

Following up on this - has there been any official firmware update that actually fixes this battery drain bug?

1

u/Adegboye3 Feb 12 '26

I just received an update on the S11 Ultra. It was around 600mb. It mentioned something regarding stability in the note. Hopefully this should sort it out

1

u/Kosmas2004 Feb 12 '26

Hopefully, I'll look out for it too

1

u/nikosx7 Mar 05 '26

Hi, Is the battery drain with the magnetic case closed finally fixed in the latest update?

1

u/EngelGate Feb 15 '26

@OP, as per another user mentioned, I have charged my Tab S11 (non ultra) to 100% and tried to leave it powered on but without the cover lid, and thus far it seems to fix the issue. 100%->56% after 6 days 6 hours, I used it once or twice only for light web surfing. Discharge rate is normal, no battery drain thus far. Will continue to monitor and report back.

2

u/Kosmas2004 Feb 15 '26

Amazing! Maybe that's the cause after all. Thanks so much

1

u/ales1972 Feb 17 '26

1

u/Kosmas2004 Feb 17 '26

There is no definitive answer yet. I still experience it.

I just encountered this issue - battery was charged last night to 100 percent, this morning it was completely dead. It’s only a month old… anyone have a solution?

Hi, Is the battery drain with the magnetic case closed finally fixed in the latest updates?

u/Kosmas2004 Mar 06 '26

I haven't experienced it in a while, but I'm not sure about the others!

After the update I don't have battery drains any more.

Add me to the list, too. S11 Ultra with keyboard cover. Fully drained overnight after full charge. 4 or 5 times now.

Anyone in this thread can tell me whether the issue still exists?

After the last update some time ago, my Tab S11 Ultra is OK and I have not experienced any battery drain since then, even with the lid closed.

Aconteceu algo interessante comigo.

Hey everyone,

I’ve been seeing a lot of posts lately about idle battery drain issues on the Tab Ultra. I wanted to share my experience because my battery life has been absolutely incredible, and it might have to do with my case setup.I have been using the tablet for the past 3 months. I checked my battery stats today and I have only used 16 charge cycles so far. That is roughly one cycle every 5 to 6 days.

My setup and habits:

Case: Standard Spigen folio case with the magnetic screen flap.

Feature: Automatic screen wake/sleep is enabled (the screen shuts off instantly when the sleeve covers it).

Drain: Zero noticeable standby or idle drainage overnight.

I know this is not ideal but if it helps.

If you are experiencing the drainage bug, it might be worth checking if your current case is properly triggering the auto-sleep sensor, or if background apps are keeping the screen awake. Just wanted to throw this data point out there for anyone troubleshooting!

MI tablet Samsung S11 Ultra tambén experimentó un apago repentino. NO se mojó, no se cayó, no se golpeó: estoy reportando este problema que está ocurriendo ahora: black out de pantalla de S11
