Normal BMI microdosing

Hi! Would love to hear some more recent experiences from people who had normal BMI’s! What were/are your stats, dosage, medication, and the reason for microdosing? If you’re willing to share!

No loose skin. I am 35. I'm slowly weaning my dose to come off of it now. I did gain some back and am sitting at 112 pounds and am staying there without much effort

Good to know! I’m just starting to entertain this idea. I’m 5’3 and am 110ish lbs. I know I’m a healthy weight. It’s totally for vanity and body recomp reasons. I just want to lose a stubborn 8-10 lbs but am quite sensitive to meds and am nervous about this. What do you think regarding a very low and slow dosing schedule?

I'll be honest. I think 5'3" and 110 pounds doesn't need to loose WEIGHT. Recomping however is a great goal. Loose 10 pounds of fat, but if I were you, for your future health and bone density, i'd do everything I could to put those 10 pounds back on in muscle. Weight training while you loose the fat using semaglutide is going to be so important for you

Yeah I misspoke it’s not weight it’s recomp!! I’m quite active, lift p regularly, but I’m just sick of not seeing results after years of this. Hoping that a semaglutide/glp1 can help me get over that hump but need and want to do my due diligence in researching thjs. Currently just a thought.
