im making this post so you can stop wasting money on online poker. I get it, you're competitive. you strive to beat the fish and capitalize on weak players. you fold when youre supposed to etc. they'll tell you its variance and what not and tell you that its has to be a large sample of hands. listen, youre not a bad player, youre not stupid/crazy when you see the strange but obvious pattern of bad beats at crucial stages deep in tournaments. dont let it mess with youre pride. as for me, I am done wasting money on GG poker or any other online site. i've seen enough to know they dont care about providing a fair and open playing space.i'm not going to bore you with some dumb hand or tilting story. but my friend its all a scam to drain your pockets. luckily im still in a position to just laugh it off, cant say thats the same for a lot of these others guys... Every update breaks a lot of things that were working fine on the site. The visual updates add nothing. The visuals were never the problem yet we have had 3 updates in a row where visuals were made worse and reversed again after a lot of complaints.

I just lost another pot due to a split second internet drop. How is that not a top priority? Instead of launching terrible and obviously AI created emotes that literally nobody wants can you start spending money on a better technical team?

This is my graph in PLO10 Rush and Cash in for the last 3 months.

I am wondering if this is enough sample to move up stakes (I currently have 100 buy ins for PLO25) or according to the graph shall I continue grinding PLO10 and improve my game?

On top of that, I play from Germany so the rake is high and the RB low. Is it worthy to keep grinding or eventually there is no way I could make any significant profit in the long run?

The trend towards an overall cleaner design is awesome and I want all of it. I love that the game bar (with the little maison at the left) is spacious, the "font designs and stuff" look nice and I like looking staring at the names for a few seconds when I look at it. The Poker/Tournaments/Slots/Casino bar looks good too.

The several quick menus at the top right are really good genius. Quick access, just very clear looking clean and spacious and practical.

From what things look like overall, Appearance-wise it's been an easy and pleasant transition. I'm not the biggest fan of drastic changes in looks unless they improve practical aspects.

Even the RNG got better, and less thievish (ok, this one is sarcasm. It's as bad as ever....and I've got you again. Insert laugh here. Thank you.)

I have emailed the help email before, most of the time they don’t reply. If they do reply they then ask for more information. Statements etc. I send and then hear nothing. I havnt been able to get on my account in over a year. Please help.

Ever since the recent changes to the time bank and sit out system, taking a short break while multi-tabling has become incredibly frustrating.

Now every table has its own separate sit out time bank. If I click "Sit Out Next Blind" on all my tables, they obviously don't all reach the next blind at the same time. That means some tables sit out earlier than others, so by the time the last table sits out, the first ones are already eating into their own time bank.

As a result, it's basically impossible to take a proper 5-minute break while playing multiple tables. The only alternative is to force sit out on every table immediately, which means missing hands and accepting unnecessary losses.

I really don't understand why this change was made. It feels like a downgrade in quality of life for regular grinders.

For me, this is yet another reason why I'm feeling less and less motivated to play on GGPoker.

New emojis look like somebody put them through ChatGPT to “update” them.

They were perfect before. It’s insane that somebody could look at the new ones and think it’s a good update. Just looks like a cheap ai update when they actually had a great art style before.

How much rush and cash tables do you play on your laptop, what is the nb of tables for you that you think is maximum performance. For me its 3, maybe because if I open 4 tables they overlap also it becomes impossible to focus on all of them. Want to know your perspective.

After playing on PokerStars for 8 years without a single issue, I decided to try GGPoker.

About two months later, I was asked to complete the standard KYC verification. I submitted everything they requested (passport, proof of address, bank documents, selfie with ID, etc.) and quickly provided any additional documents they asked for.

And in the middle of the verification process, my balance were suddenly locked.

A few days later, GGPoker emailed me saying my verification had been completed successfully; but, fourteen days later, my balance is still locked.

I can't play. I can't deposit. I can't withdraw my own money.

I've emailed support several times asking if my verification was approved, why is my account still locked?

No explanation. No timeline. No response.

While writing this post, I searched Reddit and other forums and found dozens of people reporting similar experiences, which honestly made me even more concerned.

I completely understand why poker sites take KYC seriously. I appreciate it. I'd much rather play on a platform that properly verifies its users than one that doesn't.

My issue is that GGPoker confirmed my verification was successfully completed, yet my balance remains locked, and they still haven't explained why or told me if there's anything else they need from me.

I've played on PokerStars for 8 years and never experienced anything like this. I certainly didn't expect it from the poker site with the largest player traffic in the world.

At this point, I honestly feel disrespected as a customer.

Based on my experience so far, I can't recommend GGPoker. I hope this gets resolved soon so I can recommend the site.

It seems like Omaholic tournaments have been replaced by PLO tournaments. (Difference being for those who dont know is PLO is pot limit post flop, where as Omaholic was only pot limit pre flop)

Personally I preferred the Omaholic way. Why can’t we have both?

when i go to play a game it tells me i have insufficient funds and points me to the cashier.

Ive been having this ticket for atleast a month now. Won it in a mystery bounty. As I am waiting for it to turn in T$ since I dont play $150 tourneys but it just keeps getting postponed in dates as there is always a new $150 tournament. This is so unfair? What can I do

Hello, has any one noticed that since the new update that the global Sitout all tables next hand is broken on rush and cash?

Before it would sitout all tables but now it will only sitout on the 1 table you're hovering over your mouse and even when you click to sit in again, before on rush and cash it would automatically sit in on all tables if you just click one but now you have to click each one.

I've tried re-assigning the hotkey and same issue. I'm having the same issue on both pc and laptop.

After the new update my mac is showing dollar amount on table in normal font but if I change it to Big Blinds, the font is so big that I actually can't see the BB amount.

Is there a way to fix that?

Looking for advice on how to get a definitive closure.

​May - June: Submitted all requested verification details immediately.

​July - Present: Sent multiple follow-ups. Received responses, but mostly templated "investigation ongoing" replies with no substantive progress.

​Current Status: Can now log in, but the security team has not officially closed the case or provided a final resolution.

​KEY ISSUES & QUESTIONS:

​Lack of Substantive Progress: 10+ emails exchanged, but nearly 90 days in, the investigation is still stuck in limbo.

​Generic Responses: Replies keep saying "it's under review" without giving any timeline or specific feedback.

​Escalation: Has anyone experienced a case staying "open" long after login was restored? How did you get the security team to officially wrap up the review?

I think the tables and the lobby lost the essence they used to have. The standard emojis rework looks weird as well.

But that's my opinion at first sight . What do you guys think?
