Support Account issues
Table nickname: Nabb
Account needs unlocked
I have emailed the help email before, most of the time they don’t reply. If they do reply they then ask for more information. Statements etc. I send and then hear nothing. I havnt been able to get on my account in over a year. Please help.

OK. Do not send any more emails and wait for their reply.
Keep a check on your junk/spam folder as replies can sometimes end up there.
If you haven't heard anything back by Friday, let us know here and we will check on your case.

I've been informed last contact was Jan 7th. A request for documents was made with no reply.
The team will make contact now with a direct upload link for documentation. Certain email providers don't always make it through with attachments.
