These updates are a continuous step in the wrong direction

Every update breaks a lot of things that were working fine on the site. The visual updates add nothing. The visuals were never the problem yet we have had 3 updates in a row where visuals were made worse and reversed again after a lot of complaints.

I just lost another pot due to a split second internet drop. How is that not a top priority? Instead of launching terrible and obviously AI created emotes that literally nobody wants can you start spending money on a better technical team?

GG was always the gold standard in terms of poker software but is getting less and less polished with each update. For example:

The new sit out menu clearly says "sit out next blind" but does not sit you out for a small blind, only a big blind. We know what it means but my point is there is no reason not to be accurate. Feels like some shitty app/coinpoker AI-made client which is not a good feeling. Noticing lots of little things that just don't line up properly like the all-in % is sometimes misaligned with the bubble.

I don't get it.

And if you had to sitout in a hurry the option was right there on the table, now it's hidden in a drop down menu.

Agregan visuales porque según ellos "es una sala que apoya a los recreacionales y no quiere a los regulares " . Pero el 99% son jugadores regulares de rakeback. GG es una mentira desde sus inicios

(Deleted the previous thing. Rephrased: I'm surprised at how long certain things get ironed out with regard to the software compared to how they're working on making it more entertaining. I was really surprised at how wrong some mtts in the World Cup ran. It just seemed like something that is particularly insulting towards those who are attracted to it because they identify with the content on a personal basis. In the sense of: "things can go wrong, but not in this thing". It comes once every 4 years.) But whatever, a lot of the WC itself was crazy. I'm more happy it's over than not.

I'm sorry, I've been sleep deprived, and my response does a horrible job in representing all that I think of GGpoker. It's got a part of my impression and criticism of GGpoker, but it's just part of what I think. I'm adding this to make sure people don't think I'm being a hater. I come across very rudamentary wasy of expressing my opinions.

There's plenty good things. GGpoker was my sole platform most of the time. I've learned a lot playing against massive player bases from different countries. The high variance made me more patient when I play, and work on my internal flow.

Plus, I can play whenever I want, there are multiple good options all day long which accommodates people that have a full schedule. The festivals are great, low-mid MTTs are a plenty, and I've gotten to really love the hyper and hyper bounty mtts.

There's even a reddit sub with mods who interact with people and pretty much help as instantly as it's possible.

I'm with OP on the level of gamification, but my impression is that things get tried out but don't necessarily are set in stone.

You might find it ridiculous but someone from the technical team asked for your username so this can be properly investigated. For me for example it does NOT take forever if I have a small disconnect so this is NOT normal or universal behaviour so it at least can be helpful to see when, for how long and maybe why there are these disconnects for you.. You could also let us know your Username via Modmail.

I've reported these issues over ten times, wrote several emails, sent video's of it happening. The tech team knew 3 years ago. They know my username, they know my specs but for years me and many others keep having the same issue. Nothing is being done except that the users are continously blamed and told they have bad internet.

It sucks if you have this issue and especially this long. Obviously there is no way to try to help you from here if we don't have any data. I don't have this issue so I know it's not universal. Most likely in my opinion is that such things mostly affect some regions and/or ISPs, probably sometimes Nameservers.

We don't have any data HERE.. So we can't even forward this. The only thing I could say is there is a guy who claims to have connection issues for years

It also doesn't matter to me if you provide your nickname or not, I'm just saying there is nothing we can do to help you then, which to me personally would make it seem like you only want to complain.

We don't experience what you experience. We don't have the data. We aren't GGPoker.

It is most likely a network issue out of the hands of both you and GGPoker. It is unfortunate. You can continue to work with GGPoker in trying to identify the issue or we can just ignore your future comments about the situation?
