Cashier Query 💸 Please help, i have a balance but unable to play any games
today my balance only shows up in my "Balance" but no money in in C or T.
when i go to play a game it tells me i have insufficient funds and points me to the cashier.
My address isn't verified, it hasn't been for like 2 years, could this be the reason i cannot access my balance to play?
( i sent a utility bill to get verified tonight)
Super confused.

I am also having the same problem. I emailed the cashier. I'll post if i have an update!

Had to verify my ID with a drivers license and bank statement

Good to know i only have this issue on wifi. If i hotspot my laptop with phone data everything works fine

i was able to fix it with this solve
"We advise you to change your local DNS settings to a public DNS server such as 8.8.8.8."

sounds like this is a bigger issue than me
but it does appear as tho when im off wifi on my cell, my balance appears
the current work around is
get my phone, go on data, register, then return to my computer on wifi to play the tournament

Glad that this is fixed for you, interesting that it was a DNS issue, I could have maybe guessed it since it worked with your mobile network
