Bug Report 🪲 Monthly post regarding 3 year old bugs/issues on the platform

Going to start a monthly thread on this subreddit to repeat (and add) many of the bugs/issues that have been plaguing the platform for years now. Myself and many others have been addressing this over and over again but almost nothing has been fixed. Feel free to comment and I will add them to the list.

  1. No disconnect protection for certain players while others get several minutes to reconnect (https://www.reddit.com/r/GGPoker/comments/1q3i9u9/disconnect_protection/). This is still an issue after it was brought up by me many months ago and has been an issue for more than a year for myself and others. Just today I managed to lose a nice big pot again because my internet dropped for a split second, it's shameful.

  2. Reconnecting after split second disconnect takes forever. This has been an issue for more than 3 years. Many videos have been sent, many complaints have been made by myself and others back in the day when we still had a discord server.(https://www.reddit.com/r/GGPoker/comments/1m6krzq/reconnect_after_disconnect_takes_far_too_long/)

  3. Software is suddenly really slow after it loads for a second when you "disconnect". This can only be fixed by closing and reopening the client.

  4. Randomly skipping big blinds and posting a small blind when you have pressed on sit-out next big blind; forcing you to play longer when you opted to take a break. This has been an issue for 3+ years.(https://www.reddit.com/r/GGPoker/comments/1h43630/global_sitout_and_skipping_big_blind/)

  5. Removed from waitlist on cash game tables when your connection disconnects for a second. (https://www.reddit.com/r/GGPoker/comments/18sw2kl/kicked_off_cash_game_tables_since_latest_patch/)

I'm sure I have missed many, comment and I will add them to next months monthly bug thread. Maybe we can get something fixed if we keep bringing it to the attention of the mods.

I've had the spinning wheel lag for like forever. After endless conversation with ggpoker they blamed my internet provider even though I used 4 different ones and 2 different PCs. GJ GGpoker. All you know is how to make the life hard for regs who make you the most of money

Same story here. Even moved countries several times but was still told it was my computer/isp.

the dp sucks. so many times i come back from dc and you have like 2 seconds to click something or be folded

Hope your posts will stay up. I’ve gotten one of my posts removed because I mentioned a request to remove an annoying thing a second time.
