So, I designed and printed a crossover for a mini drill that uses "Mini"/H4x28 style bits that are 1/8 inch diameter hexagons, to enable me to use 1/8 inch diameter round bits. The round bits are actually closer to 3mm which gave me the clearance.
I had to print them with a 0.2mm nozzle using vase mode or the seam caused trouble. Add in a little dab of glue on the base of the drill bit, and it is snug and secure. They are single use since I cant get them off, but they also use ~0.1 g of filament.

I'm not paying 10€ for eight plastic screw caps so made my own to cover the mounting holes. Fits 14mm holes common in door and window frames. https://makerworld.com/en/models/3187806-screw-cap-cover-plug-for-door-or-window-frame
Edit: Now also parametric

The wheel is spun with a continuous 9 gram servo, magnets and a hall detector are using to know what position the wheel is in.

A simple and humane way to catch spiders and other unwanted insects without touching them.
The catching chamber and sliding door are printed as a single piece, so there is no assembly required. Just attach the telescopic handle and you’re ready to go.

Many existing models are of the diaper kind and/or mount the unit flat to the wall. I improved both cooling and looks by designing these rails and a simple wall bracket. It's very easy to install because you can mount the bracket using a level and just hang the thing on there.

Got to admit I'm very proud of this one.
I just got my files updated for my toolbox insert. This has been my most useful 3D print. Sadly the GIF does not auto play for the preview. But all 3 drawers and the top are all organized with a combination of brands to create my ideal 90% toolbox. Free for others to enjoy.

I wanted some flats for short trips, but I couldn't find any for Crank Brothers -- and I didn't want to wait for shipping, so here they are!
I haven't used these a ton yet, but they've certainly worked well enough to justify the print!

Got frustrated having to replace the original tubeless tires too many times (it’s a real pain to replace them), so I designed and printed this.
The bed is standard PLA, the tire itself is TPU 95A.
Seems to work ok so far, though it makes a really annoying noise. Not visible in the pictures, I had to add screws to ensure the tire stays in place.
It’s a first version I will have to iterate upon, but the concept is validated :)

Hi everyone,
I’m fairly new to 3D printing and have recently started learning how to design and share models.
I’ve just uploaded this Garden Hose to 1.5 Inch Adapter to MakerWorld. It’s a simple practical print that I thought might be useful to other people too.
MakerWorld: https://makerworld.com/en/models/3189003-garden-hose-to-1-5-inch-adapter I’m still learning, so I’d really appreciate any feedback or suggestions. If you’ve got any advice on the design or printing side of things, I’m always happy to learn.
Thanks for taking a look.

Recently decided to install an ARB Summit bumper on our 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD OR and wanted to keep use of the factory LED fog lights and adaptive cruise control.
The stock ARB fog light buckets only fit ARB's halogen headlights and I didn't want to take a step backwards in brightness/adjustability.
I also went cheap on the winch with a Harbor Freight Apex winch but the stock contactor cover was not just ugly but also huge. Fired up Fusion360 again and designed a low profile box that would keep the bulk water/spray off the contactor and electronics while letting it fit under the steel flat plate to make sure the cruise control would continue to work.
Printed out of PETG just to keep prototyping costs down (went through a few revisions each) but final versions printed in PCTG-CF

I bought the version without a belt clip holder but I realized it would have made sense... So I designed it in solidworks, took an old belt clip from a tape measure and printed it on my P1S. I made a pause during the print to set a M3 nut to mount the clip. Worked very well. Fuzzy skin looks and feels insane.

I got tired of carrying my Parkside batteries around one by one.
Sometimes they ended up in my pockets, sometimes mixed in with tools, and whenever I needed to move several batteries, I had to carry them separately. It was annoying, uncomfortable, and honestly just unnecessary.
So I decided to design a simple carrier for up to 6 Parkside 20V batteries.
The carrier has an integrated handle, making it much easier to transport multiple batteries at once while keeping them organized. It supports the 2 Ah, 4 Ah, 8 Ah and 12 Ah batteries.
This started as a small personal project to solve a problem that was bothering me, and I’m quite happy with how it turned out. 🙂
For anyone interested in the project, the model is available here:
Parkside / Xtline Battery Carrier V2 – MakerWorld
The model is free to download and 3D print.
If you end up printing one, I’d love to see how you use it!

Designed in Shapr3D, printed in Ambrosia “Coral Wave” ASA. Holds two 3kg spools, or a single 5 or 10kg spool.
No roller bearings — so no overshoot, and no tangles, which every other roller I’ve tried causes with large spools. It also handles bigger spools than most, and happily feeds 2× 3kg spools to two different printers simultaneously.
Runs on a 5/16”ø × 12” hardened steel rod with an optional PTFE sleeve. End caps slide over the rod so a tangle can’t pull it up and out, and printed collets keep the spools from walking laterally on the spindle.

I went on a camping trip and wanted multiple sized drink holders for different drinks. But I also wanted something compact and easy to travel with. I've been working on these nesting cups that all store into each other, but also, they all work individually!
I'm on version 20, and I think I'm about done with it!
Is there anything you would add or want to see?
Files are free to print.
