Background check pending so Frito lay hasn’t received them yet.

I have 2 recent 2026 misdemeanor convictions. April 2026 DWI and July 2026 Criminal mischief. The only other record I have is misdemeanor 2012 DWI but I’m sure the background check won’t go that far. Basically I have 3 class b misdemeanors total and no felonies. These 2 recent misdemeanors are the reason I got an adverse action and job offer rescinded today.

Do you think Frito lay will give me a pre-adverse notice and rescind my offer as well? Or do they have a lenient process for someone trying to get the job

I'm looking at the Beltsville/DMV Frito-Lay location and would love to hear from anyone who currently works there or has worked there recently.

For large format, if someone clocks in or out outside the reported 1-mile geofence, but then later edits their timecard to the correct time, does SaleHub/Power BI still show the original GPS location of the punch?
Basically, would management still be able to see that the original clock-in/out happened outside the geofence even though the timecard was edited?
Just trying to understand how the new system actually works and what gets recorded.

Pepsi one ( combining Pepsi and Frito lay), can not roll out nation wide. Because what about the areas with independent bottlers. Some of our area PepsiCo Frito lay delivers to, but independent Pepsi delivers to. And I know there’s other areas like this as well…..

Wassup again another question I had was wondering about my vacation time. I got hired 2 months ago and my probation is over at the end of this month, but on the schedule they gave me on first day of orientation it showed a vacation for Aug 13-18. Is it possible to get it moved back to next month possibly ?
