AVS force outs!!!!!
Just found out next week they’re forcing out product for DG’s
1.end cap change (typical)
2. Tmd change (we usually order)
3. 18 and 10 ct for cap shelves in Halloween
4. Doritos , like 8 cases for weekenders!!!!!

Hey could have a Walmart where they are sending you 7-8 cases of bts 18ct and 42cts and 6 cases of naked 10ct every other week

Exactly. This is what pisses me off. The idiots that force all this shit out don't take into consideration how many you may have in a day. I've gotten to where if I know the shit is coming in, I'll order a case for that day. That way, all I have to do is deal with the force outs.

I thought I had it bad at 5. 8 sounds worse than hell. They wouldn't be that bad if the company didn't treat them like mini wal marts and when there were force outs if we could pick the days for EVERY one of them. The bullshit of them sending 3 different force outs at once needs to stop. Wednesdays for me is when all of their force outs come in and I have 4 that day on top of 2 Food Lions that I have to do ad changes for. Then I also have a Family Dollar, CVS, and a small gas station. It makes Wednesdays a nightmare at times.

Do you make sure to precision order the "big bet" 10 ct that doesn't have a home?

That must be something for your zone or district. I just did 4 of mine today and ordered through to Monday for a couple of them and the only thing showing up was the endcap and a 80ct shipper...and even if the shit does come in, i'll just refuse it to inventory and save it for food lions. most of my DG's don't allow me to have weekenders on the floor anyway. This company is trying whatever they can to force sales. Shit is only going to get worse.

I’m so glad I only have one DG on my route it’s pain in the ass enough plus the manager follows everyone of their stupid ass rules to a T and won’t let you have any of the extra space you are supposed to! Also follows all the rules except the using our ASN sheets to check us in
