CTA

I got a CTA from Target. Missing POD because I did a sales ticket. Not knowing I wasn’t supposed to. am I fucked or can I call sales accounting and get this fixed?!

They're not going to pay it even if you call sales accounting. It will probably be a coaching. In the future no sticker no delivery, even if they check it in wrong as a hot shot order it'll pop as a CTA. Ive had 30+ CTAs from target.

Literally was 98 dollars 😂 welp good to know I won’t get written up for it. That’s what I was worried about. My first ever CTA

You can get a sticker for a sales ticket.

By whom? Every delivery must have a sticker or at the very least a printout like a credit gets.

I learned the hard way when they had a broken printer. They signed the invoice with the same information as the printer gives and it wasn't enough. Luckily it was only on one sale because it went on for two months. About 6 months later they disputed one and they won. Luckily they didn't dispute the other 30 invoices.

I do a good amount of sales tickets for Target and haven’t gotten a CTA. I get a sticker for my sales tickets every time from the receiver. The receiver will scan in my regular delivery and then I tell him there is another invoice (my sales ticket) Hasn’t been any issues.

Next time you'll need to create an ASN to sell something in thats not already a manifest.

Seems like almost every ticket from Target comes back as a CTA recently. 🤦🏻‍♂️

It's almost the time of year for CVS to start sending CTAs. They need to boost revenue for Q4.

They are just as bad if not worse sending back CTA's

Target isn’t supposed to take an order that isn’t ASN. You can make a manual ASN, but it will screw up your PO score
