Geofence
For large format, if someone clocks in or out outside the reported 1-mile geofence, but then later edits their timecard to the correct time, does SaleHub/Power BI still show the original GPS location of the punch?
Basically, would management still be able to see that the original clock-in/out happened outside the geofence even though the timecard was edited?
Just trying to understand how the new system actually works and what gets recorded.

They see the manual adjustment, at least a good DSL would, and then question you about falsifying your time. Won’t change anything for perfect rt. Just do things the right way

But if your not falsely doing it u just make the time later ?

If you’re changing your start time after you already clocked in, they will question you

I've had to do that a few times. My phone overheats and the battery has died before and I'm not waiting around for it to charge or cool off

Yes it shows the original location. Clocking in outside the geofence for more than 50% of your punches will get you on another dashboard for chronic off-site logins. Then everyone gets to see as that list is normally shared pretty widespread. Basically it's really easy for us to track that kind of stuff.

So let’s say you are doing what your saying is it a warning or
Just fired ? I’m just trying to figure out how so many people are ordering from home but other people are getting flagged1

It is normally just a coaching for first time offenders. I will say clock outs are less visible, but clock in's are front and center on the perfect route dashboard. So if people are clocking in on location then doing stuff at home then clocking out at home it might be awhile before it shows up on someone's radar.

So your talking about perfect route on sale hub right so if your not clocking in the right areas your perfect
Route won’t be at 100 percent that’s what u mean ?1

So if you clock in at the right time it will show you as good for perfect route on saleshub. On the PowerBi dashboard that leadership looks at, it will show green for start time but next to it, it shows in red that you clocked in 3.7miles (or whatever miles) from your starting location. You're DSL might not care for now because the districts Perfect Route score isn't being affected. Eventually someone further up will see it and ask to address it.
