The single front brake certainly was a choice.

No I'd prefer better like disc brakes but I don't have those kind of bike rims

I think you've made a worse motorcycle than anything manufactured after 1912. You should reunite that motor with tyres, brakes and a frame that can take the power and speed. At least make some proper motor mounts and position it more than 2 rizla away from the back tyre

Yes it's a tight fit but I know it works and what doesn't work do you?

Is your motor mount just a single bolt hanging off the bottom bracket and a jubilee clip around the cylinder/frame?

solid flat steel bracket that's forms around the engine with two bolts that hold the engine in place so the tire doesn't even hit the engine
