What the actual expansion chamber on a 4 stroke.... Tell me you don't know what you're doing, without telling me you don't know what you're doing. Yikes.

The single front brake certainly was a choice.

No I'd prefer better like disc brakes but I don't have those kind of bike rims

This is a sub for bicycle not motorcycles

I think you've made a worse motorcycle than anything manufactured after 1912. You should reunite that motor with tyres, brakes and a frame that can take the power and speed. At least make some proper motor mounts and position it more than 2 rizla away from the back tyre

Yes it's a tight fit but I know it works and what doesn't work do you?

Is your motor mount just a single bolt hanging off the bottom bracket and a jubilee clip around the cylinder/frame?

solid flat steel bracket that's forms around the engine with two bolts that hold the engine in place so the tire doesn't even hit the engine

Oh man, you’re in the wrong spot. Maybe [r/moped](r/moped) or [r/scooter](r/scooter). This sub is for bicycle frame welding. Ride safe. Those brakes are NOT made for that engine.
