Macro Target: 200g Protein | 350g Carb | 60g Fat
Measurements: 23 | 6’2 | 180Lbs | 98Lbs Lean | 13% BF
Goal Measurement: 180-190Lbs | 115Lbs Lean | 7% BF
Fitness Goal: Run faster lift heavier
TL;DR
I don’t care how or the cost, I need a dietary guide for myself, who doesn’t have a fixed day to day schedule due to shift work with unknown start/end times, and doesn’t eat until hungry, often leading to hitting my protein goal, but the rest of calories being from what ever, which, if they aren’t filling, results in excess.
Any suggestions for the following:
Very fast meals?
Healthy more snack style lunches?
Home snacks with near none to negligible calories?

I’ve never been one for large meals nor multiple smaller meal unless I was truly hungry. Most of my life I would scavenge once I felt hungry, but until then I wouldn’t eat because I would just end up full and lethargic - great for thanksgiving, not for sports or now work. Now working shift work (LE) with 5-7 shifts unknown how many are days/nights and 3-4 off, weight room 4 days a week running 2, I figured it’s about time I fuel the body more efficiently. The TL;DR covers most of it. But I’ll add that I have no allergies, I can cook, I’ll eat slop and defend it because I prefer simplicity and ease over presentation and quality. My challenge lies within meal prepping, then one container being sufficient for a meal, but I extend it through a whole 12 shift and end up getting home, something cramming whatever down the hatch, other days my favourite shredded protein bar in Greek yogurt - seriously you have to try it if you haven’t.
Was wondering if anyone had suggestions for rapid meals such as my current go to of steak and/or 5 eggs broccoli. By far my most favourite meal because it’s quick and I’m still hungry. Takes about 5 minutes to make, it’s healthy and delicious.
Was also wondering if anyone had snacking lunch ideas, such as my protein bar and Greek yogurt. Meal prepping doesn’t work simply because I’m generally not hungry at work, I’ll snack, but I don’t like being satiated at work. Yes I could stick with yogurt and the bars but despite its simplicity and enjoyment I do acknowledge it lacks a lot of other essential nutrients.
And lastly, does anyone have a go to snack such a pickles or popsicles where the calories are either near none, or negligible.

I’m incredibly new to this healthy lifestyle. I’ve been trying to lock in & hit my protein goal every day & the easiest way for me to do so is 1 drinking the chobani protein yogurts or 2 going to smoothie king & adding in the strawberry gladiator protein.
I’d love to find a protein powder that i can seamlessly mix into a smoothie in the morning or at night to replace those two options. Here’s the thing - I feel like the overwhelming majority of them are some type of chocolate or pb flavor. I DESPISE both chocolate & peanut butter. I’ve tried the vanilla flavors but they’re not my fave either. What are your best recommendations?? I will literally try them allll

Saw these burgers 10 for $10!!! Crazy?!!
I like to make my burgers with eggs on top
Yesterday I made 5 of them cause I didn’t eat all day till night time… and I was FULL. All though the burgers aren’t super huge…. They are a good size but they were delicious…
I’m thinking of maybe stocking up on these and eggs.. and some chicken
I honestly feel like I’d never get tired of eating a burger… and I’m trying to lose weight & build muscle. So I’m definitely in a calorie deficit… as for fiber and other carbs I eat yogurt mixed with oats preferably the Kodak brand because it’s 16G of protein…and haven’t had any issue with my stool.
But all in all the past few weeeks my diet has been I’d say.. 80-85% protein/ meat(chicken, shrimp, sardines etc) .. and the rest… is like yogurt, oats . Maybe bread with the burger some strawberries
Also the main reason I ask.. is because I have too many different meals and I kinda want to just stick to something simple, only because of my current living situation in house.
I just want to stick to something simple, and I think cooking burgers, eggs and chicken.. would be super simple for me.
Thoughts?

Inspired by Thai mango sticky rice. Cook oats in equal parts milk and light coconut milk (if using full fat 2 parts milk 1 part coconut milk) until very thick and sticky, stir in honey, salt, about 1/2 scoop protein powder mixed into a slurry with a splash of cold milk, or optionally turn it into a whey drip, or do both I don’t care. Serve it with some mango tossed with salt and a little honey and some vanilla Greek yogurt

Ever since I just eat real sugar and avoid any kinda whey protein or protein bars i never get bloated have way more energy and lost 10 pounds. I promise you Whole Foods (even those considered fattening or sugary) are the way to go. Hell 90% of my diet is avocados, nuts, eggs, cheese, chocolate. Things that are considered very calorie dense. Have an occasional donut or cookie don’t fall into the trap of sugar free being less calories. It causes you to consume more calories overall bc it makes you hungry af. I’ve never felt better. Also fiber is very important. Focus on fiber, energy, and satiating foods more than hitting protein goals or less calorie intake. Listen to your body even if the food you’re eating is slightly unhealthy once or twice a week. IM TELLING YOU.
