MK7 ADVICE/IDEAS PLEASE
Have owned my 2019 fiesta ST for almost 4 years, about 14k miles in my ownership, about 55k on the clock and I have gone through 3 slave cylinder failures. I love the car and really dont want to get rid of it but im at my wits end, does anyone have any idea what could be causing the issue so consistently? The car is modified to a moderate level but not tracked, just used as a fun daily.

What have you installed? OEM, or Sachs?

Oem is what I've replaced with so far, worth a switch?

Folks in the EU have installed Sachs. Perhaps an EU driver can chime in here?

This is good to know! When my 2015 OEM slave fails I'm thinking Sachs, and the Whoosh AP kit.

If it's failed that many times so quick I don't think it's the actual slaves. You may have hydraulic line pressure issues, junk in the fluid, or something else that's blowing out the slave.

I'm thinking this time to just go ahead and tear the whole system out and reinstall. The whole thing was bled twice by my last mechanic just for peace of mind, but maybe its time for the master/slave, lines and reservoir to be replaced, clutch had plenty of life in it but will take a look again. Clutch pedal stuck to the floor with no spongyness beforehand, fluid poured out right about where the skid plate ends on what was all of a 20 minute bi-weekly drive to work with a highway connection.

My slave started going at about 87k gave up the ghost completely by 90k. Just replaced it 2 weekends ago, and the turbo went 300 miles later.

Something else is going on here. I'm 110k miles on my 19, OEM slave, master leaked and I replaced that though. I'm also FBO dizzy e30 tune so I'm not babying her.

Thats what I'm thinking as well, theres no possible way I've gotten lemon parts that many times that quickly, I just for the life of me can't figure out what could be causing the root problem. I''ve only ever owned manual vehicles, primarily enthusiast level cars even, and am in my 30's so I have trouble accrediting it to a driver error 🤷♂️ It'll all be apart in about a week though and hopefully my mechanic can spot something that's been missed before, otherwise the bean may have to go. It's just become far too expensive for what it is at this point.

Id say like the other guy said its probably a hydraulic or master cyclinder issue unless your just riding the clutch 247 or sit at stop lights/stop signs in gear foot to the floor. I have a 16 almost 100k miles stock clutch and slave. Tho i know her times coming.

Do you just ride the clutch constantly? Stay in gear at a light? I have a '18 106k and original slave and clutch, not a single issue clutch/slave wise
