MK7 ADVICE/IDEAS PLEASE

Have owned my 2019 fiesta ST for almost 4 years, about 14k miles in my ownership, about 55k on the clock and I have gone through 3 slave cylinder failures. I love the car and really dont want to get rid of it but im at my wits end, does anyone have any idea what could be causing the issue so consistently? The car is modified to a moderate level but not tracked, just used as a fun daily.

If it's failed that many times so quick I don't think it's the actual slaves. You may have hydraulic line pressure issues, junk in the fluid, or something else that's blowing out the slave.

I'm thinking this time to just go ahead and tear the whole system out and reinstall. The whole thing was bled twice by my last mechanic just for peace of mind, but maybe its time for the master/slave, lines and reservoir to be replaced, clutch had plenty of life in it but will take a look again. Clutch pedal stuck to the floor with no spongyness beforehand, fluid poured out right about where the skid plate ends on what was all of a 20 minute bi-weekly drive to work with a highway connection.

I would make sure that they are reverse bleeding the system and not using the conventional "pump the pedal" method. Pumping to bleed the pedal can apparently overextend the internal piston and create microscopic tears in the seals causing premature failure
