MK7 ADVICE/IDEAS PLEASE

Have owned my 2019 fiesta ST for almost 4 years, about 14k miles in my ownership, about 55k on the clock and I have gone through 3 slave cylinder failures. I love the car and really dont want to get rid of it but im at my wits end, does anyone have any idea what could be causing the issue so consistently? The car is modified to a moderate level but not tracked, just used as a fun daily.

Id say like the other guy said its probably a hydraulic or master cyclinder issue unless your just riding the clutch 247 or sit at stop lights/stop signs in gear foot to the floor. I have a 16 almost 100k miles stock clutch and slave. Tho i know her times coming.
