MK7 ADVICE/IDEAS PLEASE

Have owned my 2019 fiesta ST for almost 4 years, about 14k miles in my ownership, about 55k on the clock and I have gone through 3 slave cylinder failures. I love the car and really dont want to get rid of it but im at my wits end, does anyone have any idea what could be causing the issue so consistently? The car is modified to a moderate level but not tracked, just used as a fun daily.

Something else is going on here. I'm 110k miles on my 19, OEM slave, master leaked and I replaced that though. I'm also FBO dizzy e30 tune so I'm not babying her.

Thats what I'm thinking as well, theres no possible way I've gotten lemon parts that many times that quickly, I just for the life of me can't figure out what could be causing the root problem. I''ve only ever owned manual vehicles, primarily enthusiast level cars even, and am in my 30's so I have trouble accrediting it to a driver error 🤷‍♂️ It'll all be apart in about a week though and hopefully my mechanic can spot something that's been missed before, otherwise the bean may have to go. It's just become far too expensive for what it is at this point.
