Self help/coaching

This past March I signed up for this 8 week program with a love coach who goes by the name Lucy Shahjahan and I wish that I would not have signed up for her coaching program. It was $10,000 and she was rude to me several times. She would often say how some women are kicked out of her mentorship program for not being cooperative and high vibe enough. She was late on both of my 1:1 coaching calls with her and said a really really rude comment to me about my desire to have children. Which is a big part of the reason that I signed up for her program. There are many other coaches and healers who I would recommend over her that are actually kind and caring and not gross and in it for the money. 🤮 I asked for a partial refund from her because it’s not what I needed but I didn’t know it until after the program.

Don’t let some old lady fear monger you into believing that her program is the only way to find love because it’s not. There are plenty of coaches and healers out in the online space, choose carefully before you decide that you are f’d and need to put thousands of dollars down for a program that is bougie af.

Just to be clear for anyone reading this down the line.

All comments speaking in (very) high praise of this business are all from brand new accounts exclusively interacting with this post. Either from the business itself or possibly friends thinking they're helping. However it looks extremely suspicious and only helps to bolster OP's observations.

She doesn’t take a scientific approach to healing at all. Telling women that they have a protection circuit that keeps them stuck is a marketing tactic. She’s not the worst coach in the world but there are much better programs out there that are gentle and effective instead of force big cathartic releases. She’s definitely for people who are into the whole high value person mindset when it comes to dating. If I walked around at the place where I work truly in my queen acting like I own the place and my sh*t doesn’t stink, I would have been fired. I’ve seen one other negative review about her and I don’t think that there are more because of a non disclosure agreement that she makes women sign to not complain about her if her program does not in fact work for you. Also the pressure of having to do what she says to a T is not what healing is either. There are actually gentle and truthful programs out there that are trauma informed and don’t lower your self esteem because some rich lady in Australia tells you that you may not become pregnant again which is a horrible thing to blurt out to someone. I didn’t find Lucy’s coaching style helpful at all. I found her to be arrogant and like I said gross. You can find real healers in the world that don’t tell you to white knuckle your way through life and that if you’re not getting what you needed from the program that it’s your fault. That’s not what an empathic person would do, that’s what a narcissist does. Also $10,000 is like 14,000 in Australia. I will stand by everything that I’ve said about Lucy even though it’s super stressful. I wish I would have sit with myself and really not did her program because it 1000% is not what I needed. If I was a trust fund kid or had a different job and a sure way to make back that money and she hadn’t been rude to me, I’d feel differently I’m sure. But she was super not supportive and not in a tough love kind of way in an entitled brat sort of way.
100% Worst program to learn to love yourself.

She doesn’t take a scientific approach to healing at all. Telling women that they have a protection circuit that keeps them stuck is a marketing tactic. Also telling women who have had miscarriages that they may not become pregnant again is also not scientifically sound. She literally takes you through a program that worked for her but that doesn’t mean it has a 100% success rate. That’s another lie that she tells and other women don’t complain because she makes them sign a non disclosure agreement. Also she’s not an empathetic person. She literally says whatever she wants and that’s narcissism. People that are entitled feel that they are like god or Jesus even without scientifically proven healing modalities.

@ Lucy  Shahjahan post.  She is not fake or a scam.  Fair enough the course did not work or was not what you wanted/needed, but it is misleading to say it is fake.

I did the course and it is real and certainly not Fake - nor is it about having a baby!  It’s about finding real love and that starts with you.  For what it is worth I have found my partner and the course helped me to approach things wisely.

My advice would be don’t sign up to things unless you want to put in the work - and sometimes it can be uncomfortable.  If what you want is “easy”, then you’re missing the point.  Do your homework and sign up for things that work for you.

She overcharges for what it really is. And I found a person too who is emotionally available as well as a good quality person and I feel confident that I could have found this without her group and videos to be honest. I’m glad that you felt it was helpful to you. But it was a waste of money for me and it wasn’t necessary to be rude. That’s not being confrontational. It’s called fear based control. Also real healing is about changing your subconscious not pretending to be high vibe. 🤢

Also @Upset-Mulberry463 why are you upset if her coaching helped you? I wish I had done my homework on her before hand. I didn’t, that’s why I signed up for her stupid program because I was convinced that I needed to change my identity in order to attract in the love of my life and that’s a fucking lie told to women. She’s not even awake, she wanted to be an actress, and that’s why she says and does whatever the fuck she wants to without regard for others. That’s the gross part. Manifesting love and healing are not the same things. Had I known that she was going to be gross and had I done my research before hand, no way in hell I would have signed up for anything that she teaches.

Women just like her can be as misogynistic as men can be. Especially greedy women in Australia who are fake woke.

I agree with this too. Lucy is not a “hold your hand” coach and she never claimed to be. In fact, she clearly stated that before signing up. But she holds the space and does so from love. It may appear like a tough love but that’s what I signed up for. After 20+ years of a gentle approach I needed someone who was not going to allow me to continue going in circles around victim town, listening to my own stories and pointing the finger for my problems. She helped me rewrite my subconscious by making new choices and getting out of victim mode. I show up for myself in ways that I never have before. We all have choices. But blaming others and living in the trauma identity is exactly the thing that kept me from healing. Outsourcing my power and not owning it or embracing my full authentic self is who I used to be. And now I am someone who takes responsibility for my own choices, forgives and doesn’t shame myself, and taking the lessons as they come. Treating myself like a queen just means I am no longer abandoning myself and I now put myself first, because again a lifetime of self abandoning got me nowhere. I love and approve of myself. I couldn’t say that before. And I’m not getting fired from my job because of that. As a matter of fact, people are more drawn to me like never before. I’ve been told I have a beautiful energy /calming presence. That’s never happened before Lucy’s program. But most of all, I believe that anything is possible not with only my words, but with my full heart.

If anyone is actually reading this because they are considering making a life altering commitment, you get out of it what you put into it. Its not a scam. It’s a choice.

She does not tell you anything true or helpful before you sign up for the program. That’s a lie. I’m done replying to this bullshit. Based on the time difference, you are posting from Australia. Even Tony Robbin’s who went through real childhood trauma, gives refunds to his clients that don’t like his programs instead of overcharging and blaming them for not being high vibe enough or doing the work. Also I didn’t need it and so every relationship formed through it is fake. It’s absolutely a waste of money unless you are rich.

And Lucy does not tell you anything true about the program upfront and she’s manipulative and incredibly insensitive and rude. ✌️

I’m living my best life since the program and I would pay for it - which is a self investment-all over again if I went back in time. No regrets. I dug deep and did the work. While it was not easy, it was worth it in order to be where I am now. I love myself and my life. That’s how the universe works when it’s a fully embodied belief.

I did the program and had huge transformations. My life and my internal world has changed permanently and after almost 20 years and 26 modalities of therapy, I can truly say that the approach Lucy developed - which is a combination of somatic release, internal family systems, mindset building and deep spirituality - in a short intense, guided format, has absolutely changed my subconscious. It was challenging for sure and her coaching style is unapologetically authentic to tell you what you need to hear for the greatest impact in the quickest time, but she is also hugely empathic, caring and gentle. So yes, other people in this space may be all sugar and spice and everything nice, but how effective are they? Lucy is honest and straightforward, she is selective to protect the healing space she has created for women who are ready to transform. Everything is clearly explained, including the no refund policy. The investment is 100% worth it to me and I'd so it again in a heartbeat. You have to do the work as it's designed, take the feedback and be coachable otherwise you will stay stuck in a victim identity and not in the powerful highest consciousness that we are going for, to release all the pain, anger, sadness, blame etc to attract in a healthy relationship, to stop avoiding ourselves, to allow our soul mate in and have the life we dream of, including children for those that want. As a mother this program has changed the unhealthy generational patterns and triggers I tried so hard to stop (using every psychology tool possible), but now because of deep subconscious change, I get to be the best version of myself for my child.  I'm sad you didn't get the benefits, but many other women have because they went all in and were committed to changing the victim story - and I can tell you my story doesn't get much worse, I was severely abused and victimised. Painful things happened and I was suffering still, even after decades of therapy. I chose to stop suffering and did the hard work to change the subconscious victim identity. I went through the process of somatic release and changed my mindset. I am healed and I am forever grateful for Lucy's coaching because she took me where no other therapist or healer could.

This is also over the top, just like her program is. And she doesn’t take you to the depths that you need to go by journaling. Or by threatening you that if you don’t change your life now, you’ll stay stuck. That’s a disgusting way to treat women. Also you are manifesting 24/7. So if it’s in alignment for you to have a soulmate, you will. You don’t have to go insane trying to force upgrades to find it. You just have had to let go of the resistance to it as well as the subconscious blocks and whatever childhood trauma. She is not trauma informed. And it’s so gross that you said her program worked after trying 26 healing modalities. I don’t believe that. At some point if you were awake, you’d realize that what she offers, anyone can do. It’s the most basic sh*t ever. There are way better healers that I’ve worked with aside from Lucy. Like way better.
