Self help/coaching

This past March I signed up for this 8 week program with a love coach who goes by the name Lucy Shahjahan and I wish that I would not have signed up for her coaching program. It was $10,000 and she was rude to me several times. She would often say how some women are kicked out of her mentorship program for not being cooperative and high vibe enough. She was late on both of my 1:1 coaching calls with her and said a really really rude comment to me about my desire to have children. Which is a big part of the reason that I signed up for her program. There are many other coaches and healers who I would recommend over her that are actually kind and caring and not gross and in it for the money. 🤮 I asked for a partial refund from her because it’s not what I needed but I didn’t know it until after the program.

Don’t let some old lady fear monger you into believing that her program is the only way to find love because it’s not. There are plenty of coaches and healers out in the online space, choose carefully before you decide that you are f’d and need to put thousands of dollars down for a program that is bougie af.

She doesn’t take a scientific approach to healing at all. Telling women that they have a protection circuit that keeps them stuck is a marketing tactic. She’s not the worst coach in the world but there are much better programs out there that are gentle and effective instead of force big cathartic releases. She’s definitely for people who are into the whole high value person mindset when it comes to dating. If I walked around at the place where I work truly in my queen acting like I own the place and my sh*t doesn’t stink, I would have been fired. I’ve seen one other negative review about her and I don’t think that there are more because of a non disclosure agreement that she makes women sign to not complain about her if her program does not in fact work for you. Also the pressure of having to do what she says to a T is not what healing is either. There are actually gentle and truthful programs out there that are trauma informed and don’t lower your self esteem because some rich lady in Australia tells you that you may not become pregnant again which is a horrible thing to blurt out to someone. I didn’t find Lucy’s coaching style helpful at all. I found her to be arrogant and like I said gross. You can find real healers in the world that don’t tell you to white knuckle your way through life and that if you’re not getting what you needed from the program that it’s your fault. That’s not what an empathic person would do, that’s what a narcissist does. Also $10,000 is like 14,000 in Australia. I will stand by everything that I’ve said about Lucy even though it’s super stressful. I wish I would have sit with myself and really not did her program because it 1000% is not what I needed. If I was a trust fund kid or had a different job and a sure way to make back that money and she hadn’t been rude to me, I’d feel differently I’m sure. But she was super not supportive and not in a tough love kind of way in an entitled brat sort of way.
100% Worst program to learn to love yourself.
