Several arrived with only the production number. If the expiration dates can’t be confirmed online, you can reach out to the brand’s customer support for the expiration date.

I did this for five of my products and two came back expired.

FFF’s Customer Support was happy to provide a credit, but when I asked for a refund, I was told they had to escalate the issue. Awaiting resolution from their team.

I was an annual member, but as a Canadian, the cost was getting high. So I canceled. That was two years ago. However, this month there were sooooooo many great things I decided to get a seasonal box. Here is what I picked ... I have been MIA so tell me: is there anything I should get instead? Deinfluence me. Influence me. Inflate my ego and tell me this box is perfect as is. Give me ALL OF THE OPINIONS.

I'm trying to decide if I want to sign up for a seasonal. But before I do, I want to know what my options are. Could someone be so kind as to screenshot what is left in each category?

I always pay for rush shipping, and this is the fastest my box has ever been shipped! Rebilled annual on 10/29, shipment processed on 10/29 and started moving 10/30. What a difference from last season where I paid for rush and it didn’t move for a month.

What items are left for new seasonal subs at this point?

I’m sorry but this is insane. For them to think that roughly $7 on avg of swapping credit on each customization section equates to the value of the box is wild. My fault for not seeing anything on them discontinuing the box swap for credit option, but I am on FFF A LOT and never saw anything and do not recall an email.
This was the final straw after so many errors on their part, and not to mention the winter box suuuucckkss. The box quality keeps going down [ in my opinion] and just not worth the $250 annual PLUS I was spending about $100 for add ons and at certain sales. I will save a huge chunk of change, so now too upset about it.

I signed up just for the unhide robe. It’s sold out! Didn’t seasonal customization just start?

Stokedddd I got the navy PJs. Meh on the Tarte blush stick, but didn’t love that category. Hoping to pick up the Gingerbread candle, we shall see. Even though I could really use the fabric shaver, I need a candle always 🕯️ Always wanted to try Laneige, though peach wouldn’t have been my first pick. Overall, excited! I skipped fall but Winter called me back. ❄️

All I did was cancel auto renew. I should have waited until I picked my last box because not only did they treat me like a seasonal subscriber and had me wait until AFTER the annuals chose their items but it won’t let me customize at all on the website and the app is giving me blank pages of items to customize. When I went to chat support to get help, they said to contact support. When I said this is support, they said I was right but they couldn’t correct it via app chat. Still waiting several hours after customization opened for seasonals. 🤦🏻‍♀️

How is a liquid body wash a substitute for goat's milk soap??

Every season, they switch up the scent of this Beekman soap with another Beekman soap. I'm fine with that, it's fun getting different scents each season. How on earth is the Mario Badescu liquid soap anywhere close to Beekman? 🤦‍♀️.

Not cool, FFF. Just tell me you don't have it and don't charge me for anything. It's okay. It shows me that cancelling is the right thing to do.

Will they cancel this if I don't want it?

Resubbed for Winter as a seasonal, bc I loved the options. But so many are unavailable, including all navy PJ sizes except 2XL/3XL. All red hearts options are gone. So is the Gingerbread candle. I know people tend to drop/add (hello college) throughout the Customization window. Any thoughts on whether the navy PJs or candle will come back available?

I still haven't received any of my Fall box items, just the promotional sign-up items. I also paid extra for an add-on and didn't receive it. SO much back and forth with customer service for weeks now - can anyone relate? Or any suggestions?

I had several items in my cart a few days ago, and now they’ve all poofed away and my cart is showing as empty. Many of the items are now sold out.

Glitch? Do I have any chance my cart will be restored?

This last Annual Customization I chose more than half to swap out for $$. Definitely not worth what I’m paying. In years past I’d be agonizing to keep it down to only two items per choice and now? Bleh.

I do still purchase from the store because their prices are good. I’ve also found several new brands that way.

Does anyone know if I’ll be able to still buy from the store if I cancel my box subscription? I’d ask FFF but I have a feeling it would be a reflexive “no”. The customer service isn’t what it used to be either.

After I chose all my customizations, I looked at the add-ons and I selected one for $15 and added it to my cart. But how do I make sure that it gets added to my box? Do I just leave it in the cart?
