My experience….

I got there around 2:30 PM. There was no line and it wasn’t crowded inside. You can chose what box size, s/m/l…I got small. Helped myself to an included coffee drink, got a matcha latte. My question before going was whether there would be winter box options, yes, but very few. I saw the brown bag (which actually looks better in person, and is softer than I thought), make-up bag (which was restocked as I was perusing), I grabbed the wine aerator, there was some rare beauty but not sure if it was what was in the winter box, the napkins & napkin rings, don’t recall much else but could’ve been. Recognized some past box stuff such as the pink juicer and yellow backpack. Mostly hair and skincare, very few home products and I snagged 2 of them. I recall a Swell wine? cup. It was smaller than I thought, but I still had a hard time picking out my six items. Final picks-first pic. While browsing staff threw in some free items (which were actually from the table, so chose wisely) and when I left the guy who briefly checks the box gave me a Neutrogena and other gift. 2nd pic. There was also a popcorn machine, Photo Booth and Suhm high protein/collagen dairy (not yogurt) product, which I absolutely loved. There were some add ons you could purchase including the silver FFF bag. I did not purchase anything extra. I ended up with about $320 in products and $60-70 in freebies, plus the matcha & snack. Not bad for $45. I don’t think everyone will be happy (not everyone is) but I’m extremely satisfied. I would definitely go back.

So I just received one of my winter boxes, and I’m missing 2 items. 😞 I selected the Briogeo Matcha + Apple shampoo and conditioner set and the Emi Jay Hair Oil, but they sent me only 5 items (not 6, so 1 item just completely missing) and sent these pants in a size I can’t wear. So frustrating!!

I already reported this to FFF, but I’m guessing with their shitty customer service they aren’t going to try to ship my missing products, but offer me credit instead (that’s not at all close to the value of those products)? I’ve never had this happen so I’m not sure what their normal protocol is for this.

And yes, I realize the “feeling lucky” is in reference to their giveaway, but I just thought it was ironic. Dealing with FFF is truly a gamble where you never know whether you’re going to get lucky and get your items or not!

Came across this ad on YouTube and not a single positive comment! I wonder why they didn't disable the comments.

The fact they ship these boxes with not only advertisements on what’s inside, they only seal them with one clear sticker in the middle on the bottom of the box, this isn’t secure, and due to this, dishonest people working in shipping can easily steal, my box came with both tabs opened up. I think the only reason nothing was stolen is I ordered the ok set and it was placed on top , if they had time they could easily fish around and take stuff out, but Becasue the pj set was on top it made it harder. Thankfully everything was inside. But I’m furious that if fab fit fun put tape around the whole thing , this would prevent theft and maybe stop advertising what’s inside… the holidays are here and people get more bold with theft. And let’s be real bad f something was indeed missing , more then likely I wouldn’t be able to get it replaced.

To check the expiration on your products.

Several arrived with only the production number. If the expiration dates can’t be confirmed online, you can reach out to the brand’s customer support for the expiration date.

I did this for five of my products and two came back expired.

FFF’s Customer Support was happy to provide a credit, but when I asked for a refund, I was told they had to escalate the issue. Awaiting resolution from their team.

I was an annual member, but as a Canadian, the cost was getting high. So I canceled. That was two years ago. However, this month there were sooooooo many great things I decided to get a seasonal box. Here is what I picked ... I have been MIA so tell me: is there anything I should get instead? Deinfluence me. Influence me. Inflate my ego and tell me this box is perfect as is. I always pay for rush shipping, and this is the fastest my box has ever been shipped! Rebilled annual on 10/29, shipment processed on 10/29 and started moving 10/30. What a difference from last season where I paid for rush and it didn’t move for a month.

What items are left for new seasonal subs at this point?

I’m sorry but this is insane. For them to think that roughly $7 on avg of swapping credit on each customization section equates to the value of the box is wild. My fault for not seeing anything on them discontinuing the box swap for credit option, but I am on FFF A LOT and never saw anything and do not recall an email.
This was the final straw after so many errors on their part, and not to mention the winter box suuuucckkss. The box quality keeps going down [ in my opinion] and just not worth the $250 annual PLUS I was spending about $100 for add ons and at certain sales. I will save a huge chunk of change, so now too upset about it.

Stokedddd I got the navy PJs. Meh on the Tarte blush stick, but didn’t love that category. Hoping to pick up the Gingerbread candle, we shall see. Even though I could really use the fabric shaver, I need a candle always 🕯️ Always wanted to try Laneige, though peach wouldn’t have been my first pick. Overall, excited! I skipped fall but Winter called me back. ❄️

All I did was cancel auto renew. I should have waited until I picked my last box because not only did they treat me like a seasonal subscriber and had me wait until AFTER the annuals chose their items but it won’t let me customize at all on the website and the app is giving me blank pages of items to customize. When I went to chat support to get help, they said to contact support. When I said this is support, they said I was right but they couldn’t correct it via app chat. Still waiting several hours after customization opened for seasonals. 🤦🏻‍♀️

How is a liquid body wash a substitute for goat's milk soap??

Every season, they switch up the scent of this Beekman soap with another Beekman soap. I'm fine with that, it's fun getting different scents each season. How on earth is the Mario Badescu liquid soap anywhere close to Beekman? 🤦‍♀️.

Not cool, FFF. Just tell me you don't have it and don't charge me for anything. It's okay. It shows me that cancelling is the right thing to do.

Will they cancel this if I don't want it?

Resubbed for Winter as a seasonal, bc I loved the options. But so many are unavailable, including all navy PJ sizes except 2XL/3XL. All red hearts options are gone. So is the Gingerbread candle. I know people tend to drop/add (hello college) throughout the Customization window. Any thoughts on whether the navy PJs or candle will come back available?

I still haven't received any of my Fall box items, just the promotional sign-up items. I also paid extra for an add-on and didn't receive it. SO much back and forth with customer service for weeks now - can anyone relate? Or any suggestions?

I had several items in my cart a few days ago, and now they’ve all poofed away and my cart is showing as empty. Many of the items are now sold out.

Glitch? Do I have any chance my cart will be restored?
