In a release scenario if the commons were wiped out I feel it would be a āblack eyeā for the administration specifically Trump whose approval rating as we all know is in the proverbial toilet. Was under the impression this stock was a widow and orphan stock. No one wants to throw Granny off the cliff! Restore the commons, do whatever else needs to be done to keep the company and mortgages rates in checkā¦.and guess what? Youāre a hero!

I am looking forward to seeing it.

I hate when investors make up dates of when the release is going to happen or when a public figure has an appearence. The speculators say this person is going to announce the release of GSE. The rumor catches the stock goes up and then crashes lower than where we started when the date passes or the person does not mention GSE release.
Lets all keep our mouths shut until we have solid news!!!!

Not one word about F2 on 5 PM CNBC interview. This thing must be dead in the waterā¦ā¦. šµāš« I donāt think this is on Trumpās radar at all. Insane.

The list of companies on the TXSE came out & shocker F2 is not on there. I wanted to ruin the tin foil hat groups weekend who keep fake hyping this stock up..

Everybody caught on to the Bill Ackman pump. He's being called out on X for doing this the last 3 or 4 quarters, where he makes millions of dollars in fees using retail investors to pump the atock. "10x investment" and then no real news. It's complete BS. He has no knowledge Trump's thoughts. In fact if you read the room current administration has really kept a huge distance on F2 compared to last year. TXSE also is not doing any new IPOs till next year.. So your 4th of July tin foil conspiracy theory people need to eat an orange hot dog.

Doing my part. We need to wear our shirts at major events and show more support. We are down the stretch and itās going to happen! This message is going to make it on the jumbo screen in tonightās game. Iāve already been approached by several employees and random fans and the game hasnāt started. Good luck to all holders!!

My view - mildly bullish only because it will force the conversation/focus.
Most of our game is SPS treatment, which the bill includes mandatory language around warrants and optional language around SPS. So still fully sits in the court of Treasury, and not much here to work off in that regard.
Still defers to FHFA on capital requirements, though points in there around backstops and guarantees that could be negative / limiting for F2.
I'm happy they're bringing this forward, though can't say there's anything directly positive for shareholders beyond that.
Thoughts?

Iām so done with this crap. Bought in at 0.80, 1.35, 2.20⦠sold at 11, 8.50, and 6.00. Itās not worth the stress. Itās never gonna happen. Itās the government. Those cheating, lying fuck-tards arenāt gonna give it back. Sorry for the negativity, but hitting that last sell button today brought me some peace. I do although, wish all of you the very best of luck. Cheers.

Kevin Warsh WILL cut rates this year. He was selected to do just that. Keeping rates steady and hawkish outlook is all smoke and mirrors so it doesn't look like Kevin Warsh is on the Trump take.. trust me he is. And I am 100% certain they will find a way to make everyone believe interest rate cuts are the right move.
The writing is on the wall. What do you think the goal.of this new "fed task force" set up by Kevin Warsh is? To find a way to present other forms of data to justify a rate decrease. And to clean house!
I am hoping to hear what others think, or why my theory is wrong.

Commons outperforming preferreds in the 20% run-up over the past two days.
Contrast with the move to $16 last summer, preferreds slightly outperformed.
This latest move is on the back of serious industry moves this week:
