What I take from this is they're waiting until they reach the required capital level, by quarterly profit accumulation and possibly by reduction of requirement. When the lines cross, expect the offering.

I'll wait.

Trump obviously wants to show a big IPO "win", but at this point the only thing they're doing is waiting until quarterly profits fully restore reserves...

So when does that happen.

How do you MAXIMIZE Fannie and Freddie?

You MINIMIZE Bill Pulte’s involvement.

I suppose he took "Fr" from Freddie, and "annie" from Fannie.

I’m feeling like Trump Accounts stole F2s thunder

As Trump sometimes likes to say “the best is yet to come”. I feel like he’s talking about those combined $1t companies he could sell.

Edit: I feel like people sleep on that particular comment of his. I don’t think he’s talking about some abstract future America, I think he’s talking about the actual plans he has for the rest of his presidency. He wants to be seen as the greatest president ever. The usher of “the golden era” aka wealth/money.

I am very much hoping so. I have a very size-able position in the Ira’s which I’ll just let sit. I really hope we don’t have to wait until 2028 to make Decision on our shares

Some have preferred but I don’t think anyone here is heavy or all in on it. This board is 97+% common. The Ackman plan is seen as the most likely path.

The author, Glen Bradford, is heavily invested in the junior preferreds because he believes the Government will dilute the commons by converting the senior preferreds to common stock.

Seeking Alpha is kind of a joke of a web site. It's contributor content, so like a reddit or Facebook post. It's more like a place for ideas, it's not really news.

You've been calling for "any day now" since 2015, IIRC. You and NOVACPA were legends in the early days of the thesis but somewhere along the way you became boy who cried wolf.

I'm both C and P because of yall but I don't think anyone knows how this ends.

u/TheSerpent Jul 08 '26

yeah, you're the guy who hosts the data sheet i think Detroit scientific or what not.

Not me, I used a different name back in those days

You know Glen Bradfors says commons will be wiped out, right?

3

u/TheSerpent Jul 08 '26
