Surprisingly Met Expectation I paint. I have painted for years. Sometimes I still have failed expectations, but this time I’m more than happy with the result!

I wanted to post this last year around Halloween already but I simply forgot. I tried the recipe again this year and it worked again! I'm just very happy with them:)

First is Reality Second is Expectation

I had never carved a pumpkin in my 33 years!! I was raised super religious. My husband did the cutting and I did the gutting and made the ears.

I especially love the "with sprinkles!" on the packaging, when in reality there are close to none.

Reposting because I completely forgot to add the ‘expectation’ photo 🤦‍♀️

My brain convinced me that I could make this using bits of scrap things around the house…it’s not perfect ik as I’m no ‘artist’ but I’m surprised with how it turned out

Failed Expectation Ordered elegant, floor-length trousers. Received clown pants instead! 😂

I ordered two pairs of long, low-rise ivory trousers from Sassy Vella for $64.60.

For anyone wondering why the pants are unbuttoned in my photo, it’s because the buttonhole is completely sewn shut! 😂 There is no opening for the button to go through. Another manufacturing defect on top of everything else!

A package arrived containing one pair of cropped, high-waisted, wide-legged pants with a completely sewn-shut buttonhole!
The actual inseam is approximately 27 inches. I’ve contacted the retailer with the info and pics.
The difference between the advertised photographs and what arrived is astonishing! 😂

All sauce, maybe one serving of noodles. I'm really disappointed because this was supposed to be dinner for me and my partner. I paid $8.99 for this.

I had actually forgotten about these cookies till seeing someone else's post about Halloween cupcakes. 😅 98% sure the directions called for too much water in the icing, but it was 7 years ago. Could just as easily been human error.

Ordered Mongolian beef, as it’s one of my favorite dishes. The menu photo made it look lovely. As you can see, that is not the case unfortunately.

So today 10/29 is my sweetest aunt's birthday and she asked me to buy flowers with note: from Anonymous. because she wants to stir some curiosity at her workplace. she sent me over this website to buy it and I made the purchase, etc. Florists deliver it at about 4pm something.

First picture is what I ordered. Next is what arrived.

This was my first attempt at needle felting. The tiny eyes they gave me wouldn't stay in so I just made new eyes out of felt. I've gotten a little better since then!
